I guess I’d have to look over everything else as well. With a small sigh, I flopped down near the tree to read everything else that had popped up, ignoring that I felt slightly taller than before. I had already determined that I had a new body… it was possible the body that was Luke’s was far too damaged to do anything with it. Or, just reincarnation things. I didn’t know, so I decided not to worry about it anymore and pulled up on the screen to scroll down.
ACC[Accuracy]: Determines AR [Accuracy Rate] for Weapons, Spells, or otherwise determined objects.

I felt my eye twitch slightly. For every abbreviation, the description elaborated what it meant at least once.

“Does it think I’m dumb?”
“I didn’t even preface it!” I complained, swiping away the message and pushing down my irritation. The way it had leapt up felt like it was trying to suggest ‘yes,’ but couldn’t.
“Whatever,” I moved on with getting through ‘the basics.’ My entire focus now was to figure out how to get more DEX.
My finger paused over the Unfound Skill I now had, and after reading it I cursed loudly.
[Klum’s Reincarnation (Unfound Autoskill): This skill will automatically activate at cooldown’s end or at earliest (in)convenience to the user. As the user’s Reincarnate Blessing, the user has a 50% chance to have either ‘good’ or ‘bad’ luck. Upon ‘good’ luck, the user will experience a 200% increase in DEX. Upon ‘bad’ luck, user will experience a decrease to 1 DEX.]
Duration: 3 seconds — Cost: None — Cooldown: 4 days
(User must be in a situation utilizing DEX in order for skill to activate)
[Skill Ready]
Skill Ready.
That could mean the second I moved, I would possibly experience this ‘good’ or ‘bad’ luck. It all depends on how DEX was applied to me. But, I would get all the info I could first, and worry about that soon.
All I had left to look over was one skill, and after looking at the first one my hopes were pretty shot. Still, I prepared myself for the worst and began reading.
[Critical Eye (Rare Passive Skill): When engaging in battle, the attacking enemy or target(s) will be randomly marked with a ‘Critical Mark.’ Upon striking the ‘Critical Mark,’ damage will deal 350% of attack. (Max targets: 2 — Max ‘Critical Mark’ per target: 1) Cost: None — Cooldown: 3 seconds
Evolution Requirements:
- 15 ACC
- Land a hit on a ‘Critical Mark’ 10x (0/10)]
[Note: Some Stat Effects are changed by this skill.]
I felt myself begin to drool. ‘Finally, something good,’ I thought to myself as I marveled at the incredible Skill I had. I began to calm myself down. The skill by itself was incredible — over three times damage in one hit — but even the Evolution Requirements seemed cheap. Of course, after thinking about it a bit harder, I realized that it very clearly was not cheap. “I’ll need at least 24 more stat points just to reach 15 ACC,” I mused, checking over my stats again. “And it says I have to land the hit… Right now, my Accuracy’s only 3.”
I was so deep in thought, I jumped a bit as I was startled by the tutorial popping up with a little chime. ‘I thought I muted that,’ I thought as I investigated the message tenderly.
I had nearly forgotten about that, getting caught up with Critical Eye.
But I knew exactly what I wanted to ask.
“Tutorial, how do I gain stat points?”
I waited eagerly for an answer, but accompanied by a ‘ding!’, the message that popped up next made the small smile that had been growing on my face disappear.
