How do you think it would feel if you were just born and were immediately thrown into a fight for your life, I would know because just an hour ago I was in that very situation. One second I'm in my egg sleeping and the next my egg is violently pulled through a rift and dumped into a forest along with hundreds of other beast.

  Let me tell you that it was not pleasant and the impact with the ground that freed me from my egg painful, but saved me a lot of time. My egg shell was tough and resilient because I'm sure that it hit one of those those tall brown things with the thousands of small create things on top.

  I think those are called trees? but why do I know what a tree is? why can I think? I know that most normal monsters can't think comprehensively? most monsters are sentient but not sapient? I also know that I should know anything because I was just born and thus not have any experience or knowledge of anything, yet here I am thinking about why I can think.

  When I slithered out of the remnants of my egg shell I immediately began to go to the first dark place I could see, I also wanted to get away from those other monsters, especially this one monster called a Horned Mongoose, I didn't know why starting at that thing made me fear for my life more than usual at the time.

  But know that I'm calm and thinking straight, I now know that it is because that the Mongoose species is a natural predator of all minor snake type creatures. Another thing I know how to do is this... "Help!".
