On Maya’s Arrival – 4:00 Pm
She approached the room with a mixture of resolve and worry on her face, her eyes flitting between Lee and Taz.
"Maya?" Surprised by her quick entrance, Taz remarked.
Maya inhaled deeply as her eyes locked with Lee's. She started by saying, "I did something," with a weight in her voice that commanded attention.
While waiting for Maya to begin, Lee and Taz exchanged perplexed looks.
Maya said, "I sent Detective Luke Pierce an anonymous message. "I believed... I believed he might be able to assist with the Winston problem.
Taz looked at me with a mix of astonishment and admiration. "Maya, that was a brave move."
“That was the best idea that I came up with I believe this can work best” Maya said
“Are we going to meet this detective today?” Lee asked
“Yes, I hope this is okay for you guys,” Maya said
Taz Looked at Lee. “It’s up to the big man”
Lee thought about it for a minute.
“I accept let’s go meet this detective you speak of.”
The breaking news alert abruptly derailed their plans as they were about to go to see Detective Luke Pierce. A flying monster was seen in a flurry of images on the TV screen as its unsettling form ripped across the night sky. People called it the "Skull King" as they pointed and yelled at it in the streets.
The video showed a person with a threatening stance and the Skull Mask's recognisable face. This was no longer just a vigilante; it was something more, possessing abilities beyond comprehension. Its roar echoed through the world.
“But that’s not you Lee” Said Taz and Maya who were appalled at the look of the entity.
Lee just remembered crucial information that was told to him in the skull Realm:
“I have another question you elaborated humans so I am going to take a guest… Is there more than one of these masks currently?”
“Yes… but not by many you’re one currently and there is someone who got there years before you but barely uses it.”

He slams the wall forgetting what The One told him.
“Yo, Lee are you okay is that someone you know?”
“It’s not someone I know, but it is a thing I should have confronted first instead I got so lost in my mind of dealing with Winston... my revenge” Lee gritted his teeth.
Lee stormed out of the apartment telling Taz and Maya “Go meet up with detective I’ll handle the other user!”
“OKAY!” Said Maya and Taz
As he jumped out of the apartment, Lee quickly switched into his persona.
Following the Skull King's path of devastation through the city's streets sent Lee's heart thumping. He couldn't help but feel a great feeling of obligation to halt this evil entity before it did even more harm given the immense turmoil and ruin.
Lee's eyes widened at what he saw as he rounded a corner. The Skull King was perched atop a tall building, his presence menacing and evil. The Skull Mask looked over his handiwork, his crimson eyes glowing with malice. His shiver-inducing laughter was borne by the wind and made Lee shudder.
Both personas locked eyes with each other.
“So, you’re… the other one?” said The Skull King with its disoriented voice.
“I am,” said Lee
Both continue to stare at each other
"I have no idea who you are or what your goals are, but I can't let you continue down this path of destruction."
With his voice resonating across the air, the Skull King laughed horrifyingly. "Destruction? Oh, my Vigilant, you are mistaken. You are the reason I have been carrying on for all these years even though I believed I was the only skull user. Instead, you emerged from nowhere and started attacking my companies and personnel.”
“Is that so”
“Yes, so my friend otherwise I wouldn’t need to use this form again for nearly two decades. So now let me ask you this trench coat guy when did you get the mask?”
Lee was preparing himself as he got into an orthodox position “I rather not speak on that; I rather just deal with you and get back to my business.”
The Skull King slowly draws out a blade… the skull blade.
The Skull Blade's dark purple blade shimmers menacingly, its edges polished to a razor-sharp accuracy. The blade includes a terrifying skull-shaped pommel at the hilt. “This will be my first experience taking on another skull user and winning, for you, it will be your first loss.”
The Skull King suddenly accelerated forward, holding up the skull blade in preparation for a crushing blow. Lee's instincts took over, and he dove to the side to just miss the deadly arc of the sword. Quickly turning on his heel, he struck The Skull King in the abdomen with a strong hook while still in motion.
The blow was strong, but Lee was taken aback by The Skull King's resilience. The Skull King didn't even flinch as his sinister laughter resounded across the room. "Amazing, vigilant. But to defeat me, you'll need more than that.
In response, Lee showed a ferocious resolve that flared in his eyes. He quickly launched a series of jabs and crosses, each intended to take advantage of his opponent's weaknesses. The Skull King used his sword to deflect several of Lee's hits, but Lee was unable to mount a response due to Lee's speed and accuracy.
The Skull King quickly kicked Lee in retaliation, but Lee's quick reaction from boxing saved him. He avoided the kick and answered with a strong uppercut that smacked The Skull King in the chin. He stumbled back.
The Skull King laughed and charged with his blade whirled in a torrent of lethal blows as he advanced with fresh ferocity. Due to his boxing background, Lee was able to precisely bob and weave while avoiding the blade's lethal path. His head movement was surprising and fluid.
But this burst of strength was reversed by The Skull King as he pushed his blade through Lee’s chest but thanks to his regeneration it was no problem but the agony remained on him.
The Skull King's laughter resounded in the space, serving as a terrifying reminder of the authority he had. "Vigilant, is this the best you can manage? Your boxing prowess won't be enough to defeat the mask's power.
Lee clenched his teeth, his resolve unflappable even in the face of difficulty. The Skull King was stronger than Lee, and while he was able to block some of the villain's blows with his own, he was still able to easily get through Lee's defences. Lee was sent reeling and hard-hitting the ground after a strong blade swipe.
“Just from that one sword going through me, It made me feel this type of pain?” Lee said in his mind as he was sent crashing through buildings.
In a blink of an eye, The Skull King appeared before him as Lee locked up to him. “Peasant, you remind me of a person called Aaron and a guy I had drowned in the ocean.”
Lee froze as he hasn’t heard no one said that name in a year. “What did you just say, please don’t tell me who I think you’re?”
“What do you mean by that,” The Skull King said confused.
“JUST TELL ME WHO YOU ARE!” Lee said pleading with The Skull King
The Skull King gradually morphs back into a human. The more he was un-doing his form, It was becoming clear to Lee in his subconscious that the hair, suit, body tone and eyes were someone he despised it was an enemy that needed to be rid of was no one over than the monster…
“WINSTON WRIGHT!” Lee exclaimed silently expressing a lifeless face yet a surprised face
The man was no other than the man he will take vengeance only for him to be revealed as the other skull mask user.
HOW WILL THIS REVEAL AFFECT LEE?
