Day, Moon, Star and Fire Continent is a collective term for these landmasses. From above, they form an ellipse surrounded by endless oceans, but what lies beyond the seas remains unknown to all.
However, the current ellipse is no longer round, and an arc-shaped black hole has appeared in the middle eastern part. Above the black hole, terrible storms are often seen, which even the current evil god dare not cross, becoming a dividing line between the three continents. People can only go to other continents by detouring along the edge, among them, the Sun Continent and the Moon Continent are still connected, with a wide edge channel that can accommodate millions of troops passing through at the same time; both continents have to take a water route to reach the Starfire Continent, with endless seas as far as the eye can see. It's like this, after the ancient times' repeated wars between good and evil, it's become even more difficult for cultivators to achieve the realm of immortals on this continent. And until now, the overall appearance of the continent hasn't changed much either; each of the three continents has over a hundred perilous lands, the black holes at the edges of the Sun and Moon Continents are forbidden areas, and the ocean is a mysterious region.

Body Refining: A cultivation method that anyone can practice, it is the most common and difficult to advance in the Immortal Realm, similar to martial arts on Earth. Promotion is a tenfold power (strength) promotion system:
First-level pps: 1-10,
Second-level pps: 10-100,
Third-level pps: 100-1000,
And so on,
Ninth-level (Immortal) pps: 100 million - 1 billion,
Tenth-level is Divine pps: over 1 billion.
Among them, all second-to-last levels can be referred to as Immortals, and the highest level (PPS: over 1 billion) can be called Gods.
