A beautiful sight

They stared at each other for a while.

The woman sighed and turned her head away.

"Why don't you take a look around." she told him.

He nodded and started to examine his surroundings.

He was in a grass field that felt endless.

It was night at this time, but it was still bright enough to see things.

Looking up at the sky, his eyes widened in surprise.

The night sky was beautiful. He had traveled to some places with almost no light pollution in his old world and had seen some very impressive night skies.

  Stolen story; please report.

But even those couldn't compare to this.

The universe was showing herself in her full glory here. The sky was filled with stars of all sizes, and you could see the occasional meteor flying by.

A splendid rainbow hue spread across the entire sky. He had seen auroras in his world, but this was something truly godly.

The most noticeable things were the two moons.

The moons were of different sizes.

The one on the horizon was massive and shone a dark red. It was full of craters—the biggest of which was oval-shaped and almost looked like an eye.

The other, smaller moon was almost directly overhead. It was pure white and had a tall mountain at its top, almost the height of its radius.

It was breathtaking, and he continued to look at it for a while.

It was so pretty that he almost forgot about the inhuman being in front of him.

He hurriedly looked at her, ready to apologize in case she was annoyed by him ignoring her.

Fortunately for him, she wasn't. While he was busy admiring the sky, she had already summoned two chairs. She was sitting on one, waiting for him.

He took a seat and looked at her.

"You can look more if you want," she said.

"I have looked enough," he replied.

She looked up at the sky.

"Are you ready then?" she asked, still looking up.

  He nodded.

"You got transmigrated into this world. Someone took your soul and put it into this body when the original died," she explained.

  Transmigrate?

  He transmigrated?

His face turned serious as he contemplated her words.

She looked at him as if he were crazy.

He had been transmigrated and he didn't know that? Is he actually crazy?

After a few minutes of silence, he clapped his palms.

"I got transmigrated! How did I forget that?"
