Teenage Mutant Ninja Bunny - Camadt

  HONK!

I sat up with a splitting headache. My cozy blanket was gone, replaced by a pair of slippers and some sort of fuzzy, skin-tight bodysuit. Noises down below told me that I was sitting on a rooftop, not my bed.

My mind raced. There was no way that I could have sleepwalked into the city, especially not on a roof. I looked down at my clenched hands, except they weren’t hands anymore. I was the owner of gray paws.

I felt my face; instead of skin, fluffy fur brushed against my fingertips. My hair was gone, replaced by two large, fluffy ears.

The scream in my throat was silenced by a voice in my head.

“Welcome to Hex!” The squeaky voice was too eager, too excited for my panicking mind. “I hope you like your new body!”

“What did you do to me?” I glanced around the empty rooftop, searching for the owner of the voice.

“You can’t see me, silly!” The disembodied voice laughed. “And I made you better! Your old body never would have survived a fight against the criminals here!”

“Criminals?” I swallowed. “What exactly did you do to me?”

“I gave you the perfect body to be Hex’s new crimefighter! With this body and class, you won’t die!” The voice quieted to a whisper. “Probably.”

“What do you mean?” I ran my hands over myself. The snug black outfit didn’t impede my movements. I felt a weight on my back as something was attached to me.

  “Now you have your weapons!”

Pain blossomed in my mind as information was forced into my head. Memories of forms and techniques hammered into me. A menu opened with stats and skills, but all that caught my eye before my stomach revolted was the class.
