Introduction

The moment he woke up, he felt like the world had stopped completely. He didn’t hear anything except his heartbeat racing like a wave forward. He didn’t need to look in the mirror to know that his eyes were filled with exhaustion... the same exhaustion he encountered every day for a long time. The morning was always the same: a little sunlight piercing through the curtains, but the light never reached him. There was something invisible yet stronger than any wall. Sometimes he felt like he heard a voice speaking to him, softly saying, "You’re not enough." Constantly. He tried to take a deep breath as the doctor once told him, but the air felt like a lump in his throat, as if the entire sky was pressing down on him. He glanced at his phone on the nightstand. Only one message awaited him: "Don’t go too far." He didn’t know who sent it, nor did he care much. All that was going through his mind was: "Where should I go? And what place would make me feel less alone than I am now?" He sat on the edge of the bed and began to remember what had happened recently. The days when reality mixed with dreams, and the moments when he lost control of himself and his thoughts. But the worst part... was the feeling that no one would ever understand him. A phrase that used to be ordinary for him had now become a matter of life or death internally... And there were always questions swirling in his mind: "When did this happen???" "And why, fundamentally???" "And what have I done about it all???" He didn’t know the answers, but he was searching for them, which distinguished him from others... He genuinely wanted to find solutions to his problems. Yes, the road was long, exhausting, and full of obstacles and bumps... but none of that mattered to him. What mattered was reaching a solution. He started remembering what happened, but it wasn’t him talking and recalling... it was his eyes that spoke and narrated all the pain and sadness. And then he heard someone speaking, though he didn’t know who, but the words resonated with him.
