Ruby had no sooner uttered her oath to her dagger once more, then she felt a huge snakelike arm wrap around her midsection and pulled her easily through the water, towards the gaping maw with pointed fangs waiting to tear her body into chunks.

  {“Tanya! Do something! The sharks aren’t doing anything except getting smacked around.”}

  {“What the hell do you want me to do-”}

  Ruby tried to respond when her dagger fred its heat in her palm.

  {“It can’t be that easy.”}

  {“Just do it already! You know the damned thing is magical…and we are getting really close to those fangs. Shit.”}

  Training and experience overrode the curiosity that Ruby had in conjunction with her dagger, and the pirate woman began stabbing the tentacle that held her. Easily cutting through the heavy hide Ruby kept punching holes in until she cut through the sinew and the beast lost part of its tentacle, freeing her from its grasp. A swift pump of her tail and she was by Nerice’s side and doing the same thing she’d done moments before.

  Once she’d freed Nerice, Ruby frantically felt her dymate’s form to make sure she was not injured.

  {“Tanya, Tanya..darling..Tanya..I’m fine. Stop feeling me unless you pn to do something about it.”}

  Nerice teased and climbed on Ruby’s back, clicking to regain her bearings.

  {“Tanya, is it me or is the thing not moving as fast now?”}

  Initially only concerned for Nerice, Ruby didn’t pay attention to the kraken until Nerice mentioned the anomaly. Ruby looked at her priceless dagger and the gleam on its bde and made the connection.

  {“Ner-Ner, The bde was bck when the tadpole poison was on it. Now it’s clean. If I am right, it's the combination of the bde’s need for blood and the poison.”}

  Gripping Nerice’s hand tightly, Ruby continued.

  {“Hold tight, I have a pn. When I say something, hand me a poison pod..alright?”}

  Knowing that they now had a speed advantage, Ruby urged Nerice to kick as hard as she did to race through the water and to the bulbous shape in the center of the slow-moving tentacles before the kraken could recover. Scooting seamlessly through the sluggish curled arms, Ruby reached the eye that opened in front of her a few minutes before.

  {“Choke on this, beast.”}

  Ruby muttered then balled up her fist and punched the beast squarely in the eye, puncturing the soft membrane and squirting the jelly-like substance across her hand and into the blue water. Realizing that the kraken could no longer see the pair, Ruby took the opportunity to begin stabbing the huge body. Whenever she finally made a hole with her dagger, the pirate got a pod handed to her. Shoving the pod as deep as she could into the getinous body, Ruby squeezed the pods and released their poison into the bloodstream of the beast. It was only after using all of the pods she’d collected from the tadpoles that Ruby swam away from the unmoving creature.

  {“Did it work, Tanya?”}

  Getting the idea that the sharks would prove useful, Ruby swam across the tentacles and opened wounds on the dying beast that sent blood into the water allowing the sharks to frenzy.

  {“You know, I think it is. Can you release the sharks and see if they can get into it where I stabbed it?”}

  Without much of a thought, Nerice freed the various sharks she’d summoned to attack the kraken at will. Shortly after the huge creature had chunks of its flesh all over the seabed as well as floating uselessly in the water.

  Ruby held onto her dymate and dove down into the many wrecks and found chests of clothing for the pair. Taking her time, Ruby found lots of blue garments for Nerice as well as things to tie up her hair and hide her lover’s ears. It took a little longer for Ruby to find tight bck leggings and a red bandeau that fit over her rather rge breasts.

  {“Alright, that is clothing and boots. I am sure we have some gold down here somepce.”}

  Ruby internally hummed and found what she had been looking for in the captain's quarters of all the ships and stuck the coinage into Nerice’s bags.

  {“Enough gold and silver for over a year up there, and more here if we need it. We will have a few hours on the rocks while our clothing dries…What shall we do with all that alone time Ner-Ner?”}

  “Zat was the worst tale you’ve ever created, mine lovez. You both are in fact the bold boasting pirates that lie to us, your helpless women whom you steal from everyone else, yes?” Ava snickered and kissed Nerice since she was somehow lying comfortably in her p on the little raft.. “Though it was inventivez, I cannot wait for you to tell Nerice how you met me, I am sure it will have a real dragon somepze.” Avanora patted the ground beside her. “As for the verdict, I would say you both lied in that little exchange..at leazt a little bit, yes?”

  “No, Nerice lied. I mean … the scales alone.” Ruby joined the little cuddle pile and made the raft sink a little into the pool. “As to the kraken, Nerice suggested that no one would believe the story of two tiny mermaids that defeated a mage and a monster.”

  “It’s true, Tanya.” Nerice flicked her tongue over Ruby’s earlobe teasingly. “Ava doesn’t even believe this one.” Nerice then turned and kissed her way along Ava’s neckline. “Avanora, I asked Tanya to have something for proof, but she didn’t want to take anything more than we needed to survive until we got on our next crew.” Nerice id ft on her back, urged by both Ruby and Avanora. “I still didn’t…oh my…” Nerice’s words slipped away from her as two sets of lips made their way up and down her body.

  Nibbling her blue-haired lover’s skin, Ruby focused her attention on Nerice and occasionally leaned up to kiss Ava. “You do have….mmm, one keepsake.” Ruby mentioned and purred lightly as she felt Nerice surrender her body, and suckled on her breast until Ruby felt Nerice trembling lightly in her hands. “The staff gem, my dymate.”

  “L……ter..right now, d-d-don’t stop…Neptune’s Crown, don’t stop.” Nerice removed her blindfold and tied it around Ava’s eyes. “Join us, my dear. Use your body rather than your eyes. Sightless sex is so much more….mm…lively.” Nerice swirled her tongue under Ava’s chin and finished with a powerful kiss.

  Kissing her way along Nerice’s long and shapely legs, Ruby readily agreed to the terms. “It’s an accord then..oh my god…” Ruby started to pant when she felt Ava’s slender mage fingers found the slick wetness of her petal-soft folds. “Nasty little dragon-girl, getting me all worked up.” Ruby shivered and resumed her attention on Nerice’s legs.

  Almost in unison, Nerice and Avanora ughed and uttered two words in defiance of Ruby’s observation of the sexual situation. “Sex Monster.”

  “Oh, hush the two of you…” Ruby ughed as the three fell into sexual bliss.
