From around 500 years ago, Asteria created the Osterious Island and ever since that day people who died on the island. Their souls was put to use by creating female bodies and new memories for them. Asteria was able to create a new human race in the 100th floor of her Dungeon. As more people died, the more faith Asteria collected from her new humans which she required in order to replace the real world with her dungeon. Asteria created 6 Great Cities that formed a Star Shape that creates a mana shield which surrounds all of the cities to block the powerful monsters away and only lets in weak monsters such as 'Bandits' and 'Adventurers' to come in as training practice. Men in this empire has always been treated as monsters since its creation. New babies are given to adults from the Goddess Asteria. New women are found all the time and are sent to one of the cities depending on their job(s).
The North point City is a giant port city that holds the largest harbor and ocean in the world. Fish and other ocean-products such as pearls are found here. The West Point City is located in a giant forest with various trees and animals. All Lumber comes from this city and hunters/rangers used this city as their Headquarters. The South-West point City is located in the plains where the soil is very good for crops and most if not all of the farms are located here due to the soil and for the vast land the farmers can use. The South-East Point City is built into the biggest mountain and huge mines are created for all the ore and valuable stone. Blacksmiths and other Craftswomen are found in this city. Miners are the most common side ob for this place. The East point city is the city located the Valley in the Mountain Chain and the only way Monsters can attack in. As such this city is the city with the largest army and trains their soldiers daily. Everyone who wants to protect their empire comes here and after their 25th birthday every citizen is required to spend 1-2 years in this city.
The Center City is located on a floating Island It is also known as the capital and is know for their research into Magic and Technology. The Main Church of Asteria is also located on the center of the island. Children are sent to the Center City for schooling and to find out which city do they want to go and what job they want to have. Education starts from 10 years old to 20 years old and then after 2 years of job training they are sent to to the city where their job is located and after 3 years they are sent for military training for around 2 years, and after 3 years if they don't have a lover or a companion. At their 33rd birthday the Goddess summons them to create their soulmate and they spend the rest of their lives together.
In this empire, While noble classes exist they are usually leader classes with high Charisma to lead others in their tasks. Such as supervisors and teachers they love to lead groups of people to complete their tasks. In this Empire currency is given out equally depending on how well you did your job and currency is only used to buy excess things. Money is not needed to live in this empire, if you need food then you will be given food. If you need a home then a home (and if needed a Guardian) will be given to you. Education is free, Healing is free, everything you need is given to you by the Goddess for free. People in this empire know nothing of lacking motivation. If you require anything you only need to go to the center city and ask the Goddess. This empire has everything and even if you don't want to work you can retire after 10 years of work. Why stop working when you know the goddess is watching over you. Don't you want to work your hardest for your Goddess.
