《Chapter 2》 He is finally born
-27 days later-
Ding!
The sound of a mechanical beep then resounded inside of my head, indicating a system alert, in which a blue screen panel then appears in front of me.
It showed my progress upon what I've been doing this past month.
In every direction, there is a floating gold orb of light that illuminates in the vast darkness.
The feeling is comparable to watching the bright stars, during the middle of the night, where the stars are visible behind the vast expanse of space.
'Should I possibly attempt to perform the golem creation at this moment, right now?' I asked myself, whilst checking on how long I may have left on the incubation period.
'There is only a couple of hours left before the incubation period ends.' I thought so to myself.
Under my command, I willed the numerous 1-star bronze rank golem cores to fly towards me.
Like a vacuum machine, I've then sucked up all of the 1-star bronze rank golem cores and stored them all withinside my Interspatial inventory space.
Whilst, at the same time, leaving out one or two bronze golem cores in order to use for golem creation and illuminating the dark.
'I wonder what form the golem that I've made would take; humanoid or beast type.' I contemplated.
Adhering to my thoughts and command; one of the 1-star bronze rank golem cores then flies over towards my direction, landing within the palm of my hand.
'Humanoid or beast?' I thought so to myself, and then decided on, 'Beast type golem it is then...'
I then conjured up and visualise the mental image of what the beast type golem is gonna be, and what it would look like inside my head.
The system has recognized my choice of action and the following suit.
I can immediately feel the energy draining out of my body, presumably my magical power, draining at an extremely rapid pace.
As clusters of light particles then begin to congregate around the lone 1-star bronze rank golem core.
The rock minerals and clumps of metal bits from the surrounding area, outside of the egg, it began to suck everything into the egg, at a breakneck pace, all heading towards that 1-star bronze rank golem core.
The beast type golem began to take shape. Its metallic black skeletal frame began to take form; the body of a feral hound seemingly untamed by nature, with the head of a great grey wolf.
The creature stood on four legs, with the two back hind legs being slightly curved upwards, forming the letter shape 's'.
It's an entire body is covered with deep black ash-coloured fur, with fiery red streaks of lava running across its entire body, and glowing crimson red eyes. Its entire appearance resembles a Hellhound.
A supernatural dog that is quite often depicted within European folklore and myths as the guardian assigned to guard the entrance to the world of the dead, such as graveyards and burial grounds, or undertake other duties related to the afterlife.
'Sweet! This hellhound ash golem is quite cool, and it only costs me 100 MP per summon. Now that is a great deal. So what should I name it.'
'Your name shall be Grimsly!' I named the thing before me Grimsly, as the creature howls out in joy for being named.
*The sound of a wolf howling*
'Well, let's not stop there now shall we.' I grew rather intrigued and excited.
Following the sequence of events, I've decided to create another golem.
The 1-star bronze rank golem core then flies over, landing softly within the palms, as I grab it tightly with my hand.
'Beast type golem.'
I imagined the creature that I wanted my golem to become.
The 1-star bronze rank golem core then began to suck in the surrounding rock minerals and metal into the egg, and then into the core.
The creature itself then began to take form, absorbing the nearby rock minerals and metal the egg took in.
A pile of black sludge began to conglomerate around the bronze core, as the rock minerals and metal harden and compressed together to form the structural skeletal frame.
The black sludge then piles on top of the skeletal frame, wrapping itself around the skeleton to form the beast golem's flesh.
The beast itself stood on four bipedal feet, with razor-sharp igneous claws that glow in the dark.
Unlike the Hellhound Ash Golem Grimsly that has artificial fur made of thin strands of dark black greyish metal. The beast itself has overlapping compound plates as it's skin.
Once the beast golem has finished forming it then lets out a low growl. It sounded like a tiger's roar, but it is computer generated.
'Now that is scary, but it's not as cool as Grimsly's howl.'
I can feel my mana draining at an alarming rate, alongside mental exhaustion from using too much mana at once.
This is not the first time that it happens to me, after who knew how many times I expended my mana to cores numerous 1-star bronze rank golem cores. Though it does sort of help me increase my skill level and proficiency of Automatic MP Recovery.

The newly formed Jaguar Ash Golem then looks at me with its fiery amber stone coloured eyes.
'Now this is true fear and terror that I'm feeling. Whilst, Grimsly may be strong and overbearing in outward appearance.'
'The black Jaguar Ash Golem is silent but deadly, staying hidden within the shadows. It's body perfectly blends within the surrounding darkness.'
My body trembles a bit in fear, a natural response to danger, but at the same time, I couldn't contain my excitement.
'Your name shall be Crowley. Grimsly and Crowley.'
'Grimsly shall be the blade that pierces my foe, and Crowley shall be the dagger that protects me from the shadows.'
The medium-sized obsidian shelled egg couldn't contain the weight and size of three individuals any longer, as it has just about reached nearing the end of the eggshells durability.
The soft obsidian eggshell began to slowly crumble apart, littering the ground with crack pieces of eggshell, whilst revealing a small newborn infant inside.
Alongside the infant is a black jaguar and a wolf/hound hybrid
'I've finally been born.' I cried out in joy.
"Kukuku..."
I finally opened my eyes to the world, and let the light in.
'Well, one good eye to be exact, and the other one, my left eye is completely blind.'
'Oh, it's not what I had expected...'
I took a quick look at my surroundings.
It looks like I'm on top of a small inactive volcano, but the magma has long since dried up.
I am now surrounded by piles of igneous rock, they are still glowing a bit, emitting small amounts of heat.
My vision debuff has completely run out of duration. So I can see perfectly fine now, though only three-quarters of a normal person's vision, actually.
Seeing as how my right eye can peer over towards the left side, but not pass my nose region.
'A pity...'
I can move my body slightly, but not my head as much. So I can't turn around though.
'But what's more Interesting, who knew that rock demon actually slept on rocks, though the surface of the rock is cleanly cut flat and smooth.'
'At least, I can now see where I am. I assume this to be my home.'
'So what can I say to describe my home, but I live in a small mud hut.'
It's an old rugged and rundown mud hut, barely working, with uneven surfaces and cracked walls.
'Who on earth designed this thing. It's extremely terrible.' I commentated.
Even the wooden door is downright nearly broken. There are loads of crack, with noticeable big chunks missing. It is barely hanging on.
'Are we really that poor and am in poverty.' I wanted to cry right down inside, but I managed to withhold my urges.
