《Chapter 8》An Unexpected Encounter And Some Reinforcement
After the death of the Lava Plume Fire Salamander, and due to the upward upthrust pressure that was released off from the miniature underground volcano. Its heavy dead carcass was forcefully pushed up above the ground and floating seamlessly on the surface of the magma pool.
So Crowley and Silva then drag the floating dead carcass of the lava plume fire salamander off from the magma pool.
The dead carcass of the lava plume fire salamander was extremely heavy, weighing several hundred kilos.
In order to lessen the load on the package on their journey back, Crowley and Silva then decided to consume and processed the dead carcass of the lava plume fire salamander.
The excess remains is thereby being converted into ashes, which is used as building materials to strengthen the bodies of the typical ash golem.
Crowley then consumes the elongated tail of the lava plume fire salamander, and it's back hind leg, which certainly provides a large amount of processed ash.
Ding!
Crowley allocated the stats gains from the processed ashes he received consuming the flesh of the deceased lava plume fire salamander.
His speed and defence take the utmost priority in the stats allocation, as this can slightly cover the disadvantages of being a high damage dealer, but with slightly low defence, like Silva.
And Silva then consumes a fair amount of the lava plume fire salamander's body, thereby slowing converting it into processed ash.
Instead of immediately utilising it as building materials to strengthen her own body. She instead stores it inside her body for later use, and quickly repair her damaged body.
Ding!
However, during the long duration of processing the flesh of the deceased lava plume fire salamander.
Its own spilt blood, splattered against the ground, and fresh meat, had unknowingly attracted the attention of a large group of fire imps, within the suspected facility.
The fire imps resemble ugly gremlin, with long protruding ripped mules' ears, and a pair of devilish horns, much like a fiend, with its darkish red skin.
They are the size of a pre-adolescent child, extremely short, and tiny. Whilst, possessing quadruple fingers, each with feral elongated nails, able to easily tear through flesh. [1]
The fire imps possess the innate ability to manipulate and control the fire element, but up to the extent of conjuring a small fireball, the size of a golf ball.
The group of fire imps easily surrounded Crowley and Silva from both sides, with them encircled in the middle.
Crowley then lets out a low growl towards Silva, almost like it was saying 'Don't worry, mate. I'll take care of these scoundrels whilst you stay back and recover.'
With an ounce of hesitation, he then immediately charges towards the direction of the dense part of the group of fire imps.
The fire imps in return retaliated by conjuring up numerous rows of fireballs.
When Crowley drew closer, and within a close firing distance, the fire imps then immediately launch their arsenal of small fireballs in his particular direction.
The small fireballs flew, cutting straight through the night sky like flaming arrows, whilst lighting up the place.
Some small fireballs landed on the ground, as they exploded to bits like fireworks, whilst releasing short ember sparks.
And those that landed on Crowley's figure, the miniature explosion only grazed Crowley's artificial skin and done some superficial damage, which he then easily shrugs it off.
Crowley then activated his {Fire Claws} and slashed a nearby fire imp, tearing apart the front side of the fire imp.
At the same time, he then pins down another fire imp, with his spare other claw on hand, and bit the throat of the fire imp immediately killing it.
Ding!
And once Silva has recovered beyond a point where she is fully operatable, without any delays, or misfunctions due to damaged body parts. She then joins in with the fight, whilst assisting Crowley by his side.
Experience points keep accumulating throughout the duration of the fight, and I've managed to level up and a few times through the exp share.
However, from my side, I can slightly sense the extreme sense of distress and emotional fluctuations that are being conveyed through the mental link by Crowley and Silva.
'Something must be wrong. I can feel it...' I thought so to myself, inferring based upon my recent foundings.
'Judging by how much experience points that I have been gaining, at this moment, Crowley and Silva must be being overwhelmed by a group of fire imps.' I thought.
'I should indeed send some reinforcements to help assist Crowley and Silva. However, I don't really think the reinforcement will arrive on time.' I thought to myself until an idea suddenly crossed my mind.

Thanks to meditation aiding in the recovery of my magical power and the {Automatic MP Recovery} skill. I've pretty much recovered the vast majority of my mana.
I then decided to create a new selection of ash golems, instead of usual land driven ones. I've created aviation type bird-like golems.
With the mental image of crows in mind, I've then created two birds like golems made of ash.
The surrounding volcanic ashes on the ground then rapidly gather, forming two solid large piles of ash conglomerates. Afterwards, two 1-star bronze core then flew out from my interspatial inventory space, and directly into the two piles of ash.
Ding!
I can immediately feel the magical power being directly drained from my body, and fusing with the two piles of transforming ashes.
The ash conglomerates begin to slowly change, as sprouts of artificial grey feathers are being created.
The ash feathers then rearranged itself, covered with numerous particles of ash, as they slowly shift in place to steadily form an avian bird-like creature.
And two semi-realistic crows, made of volcanic ash, then appeared before me.
They cawed the moment that they are fully formed, whilst flapping their wings seamlessly trying to lift off from the ground.
I then decided to name the two crow ash golems after Odin's pair of ravens, Huginn and Muninn.
Ding!
And through the mental link that I've shared with Crowley and Silva, I can somewhat sense the approximate direction of their location, and how far they are.
The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
I then instructed Huginn and Muninn to go and help Crowley and Silva, 'I want you guys to go and look for Crowley and Silva, and possibly assist them if possible.'
The moment that the order was issued, they both immediately took flight and headed towards the direction that I've instructed them to go.
