"Fire Everything!" Screamed Captain Dool. "But sir, we already have Theed, that is a waste of profits!" Stated a random Niemidian. "Not at the captiol you fool! At the viceroy! Launch an orbital bombardment!" Captain Dool screamed. Of course, I was still on the call with him. But he didn't notice as I input a few commands, the Trade Federation did not take well to Captains trying to take their ships, even if said captains personally owned them, The Subscription Plans!
"I believe that is enough Captain Dool Brehg, you are relieved of command." I stated, already tired of this charade. "Fools, we must kill him now and lay the blame for this failure at his feet or we will be liquidated!" The captain said. I stopped inputing commands just long enough if any other captains took up his offer. Not that it would help him.
In the end three captains joined him, two abstained and two sought to defend me, with others moving in to do so, but by then it would be too late. Of course, regardless those that sought to defend me would be rewarded for their loyalty, as former captain Brehg would soon find out, after relieving the weapons officer of his duties...
"Fire damn you!" Dool Brehg screamed at the weapons control consol. Never mind that the turbolasers would not have actually had the punch to hit all the way here without being calibrated. I decided to step in when he and other officers started to panic and try to shoot the consols...
"I believe that is enough Mr. Brehg, you will be relieved to the brig. Security take him away!" I stated, "Roger, Roger." the B1s replied. Brehg was simply lucky that the B1s that were on station where those with stunners and not blasters. B1s were simply so cheap that they were given one or the other and not both. Honestly, if they ever did run out of ammo it would almost be better to use them as disposable walking grenades, it would certainly be cheaper than a regular one.
Of course, I was never in danger. Being a chair in the Trade Federation meant I had a locator on me, that meant that the Trade Federation would use anything in its power to rescue me, but the ships were literally incapable of firing on me, and I had just issued command codes to directly take control and disable the vessels under Brehg. I soon gave control to acting captains under my control and the situation resolved itself. But the captain had been an idiot. I had given the captain strict direct orders, and he had suffered a case of efficient inefficiency. Which in itself was stupid. While the captain was right in that the trade federation would have punished him, it would have also punished me for giving him unequitable orders, that effect profit lines. He could have used this as an excuse to to replace me, I certainly had success with this tactic as old Nute.

Now here I am, the queen is off who knows where, and, it doesn't matter now does it? But it was far too soon, and I had a lot of work to do. Calling for my ship I lifted off to oversee the 'asset acquisition' and 'repossession of investments'. By the time the queen came back to Naboo there would be no Naboo. I suppose I could leave the Gungun the trees though, they were pretty trees. **

Overseeing processing and estimations of 'stock and indentures' was disheartening. Oh sure, it was probably better for them then having them all shot, and had better optics at my upcoming court date. But it was still highly inefficient. Droids could do anything these indentures, especially children, could do better, and faster, and more efficiently. Still, I needed them off planet, and the best way to do that would be to trade them to the Hutts, cough, sell indentured worker contracts to perspective buyers. Luckily I had a trade fleet to facilitate this not trading of slaves, how convenient. Also convenient? None of the Niemidians even so much as made a peep, most were even supportive of the idea and the profits it would bring. I had a feeling the slave stock market was going to crash in Hutt space in the nearish future.
"No not them!" I screamed at a droid as it was loading up a family. Oh I had plans for them. Part of what I was doing was determining who should be a simple work slave, these did not need their families sold with them, and those that were worth more happily slaving away while their family was held over some dramatic pit filled with something lethal. However, these I had something special for. The nobles and the political families would be separated further because, to be honest, they held no real value outside of ransom. But I was here in the first place for something more than profits. Of course, that in itself is heretical to the Niemidians, though acceptable for what I stood to gain, still would be controversial though.
And that was when I received word from my master that Mual had failed.
** Again, I do not approve of slavery, it is a part of star wars, and is a common plot device it's well known evilness tho. Also, a well known plot device for the hypocrisy of the ruling sides in star wars because almost all of them are 'anti-slavery' and none of them do anything about it but waste breath.
