Chapter 156: Her Majesty, Tamaneko

I stood at the door to the throne room in the foyer. Swallowing, I looked over at Saki who smiled and gently gestured me forward. Opening the door, I stepped inside. The hall was large, the throne room felt bigger than I had remembered.

I walked quietly down the carpeted aisle towards the red and golden throne. I saw Rodrick and Alissa, Alissa was leaning against Rodrick and they were smiling at me.

I looked over and saw Kita over by them, her collar gleaming bright as she blushed and looked away. I saw General Tully standing by the pillar as he made sure the rows of guards in golden armor held still and guarded me.

I saw Parsnip. He glared at me, then smiled slightly as I reached the throne. Saki walked up next to me and stood at my side, Sabi to my left. I hesitated for a moment.

“Oh for crying out loud! Sit down and take your place!” Parsnip cried out in irritation. I giggled and sat. Drake suddenly appeared next to Parsnip, looked at Saki, then Parsnip and him were just gone.

A massive blue screen appeared in front of me, I closed it without looking. Tina, the Earth priestess, appeared from the foyer. She was holding a crown and a scepter. She wore a long white robe that dragged behind her. Xan walked in directly behind her, and quickly stood by a back pillar.

I noticed Xan was zipping his pants, and Tina’s legs were shaking even behind the robe. I smiled wider. She made her way carefully down to me. As she reached me she turned to the crowd of onlookers and spoke loudly.

“As per the Divine Elements, and all power vested within me, I am hereby with orders from their greatness, and with longstanding traditions…” She kept going… and going… and going…

I looked over at Saki, she shook her head quietly. I frowned and deflated as I waited. After what felt like an eternity, worse than the hallways of doom! Tine finally turned and gently laid the crown on my head, it fit snugly. She then handed me the scepter, took three large steps back, and fell to her knees in worship.

“ALL HAIL QUEEN TAMANEKO!” She yelled loudly. My ears flattened, just in time as every single person in the throne room repeated it at once.

“ALL HAIL QUEEN TAMANEKO!” Reverbrated through the room and I forced myself to hold still instead of fleeing.

I thought it was finally over… then Rodrick and Alissa came up to me, and behind them was a line… that line began to grow outside the hall and into the foyer. My eyes went wide in horror and I went to blink.

Saki grabbed my hand and held it. She smiled at me and mouthed. “You are okay.” Rodrick stopped forward with Aunt Alissa. “Queen Tamaneko! May ye reign last forever!” Rodrick said as he held up a hand.

A large glowing shield with the Tamaneko crest appeared and he gently handed it to Saki. “May this be a sign of the peace between our kingdoms forevermore!” Aunt Alissa said somberly.

“Especially since ye enslaved me daughter, I be thinking we be allies always!” Rodrick said with a hearty laugh, only for Aunt Alissa to kick him in the shin. “Ouch!” She dragged him away… I noticed she was removing her panties as she did.

Kita stepped up next, she rubbed her legs together and looked serious. “Queen Tamaneko, as your slave everything I own is yours, as such I have nothing to give that you don’t already own. But as a token of my ever dying gratitude, I wish to swear fealty here and now anyways!”

Kita proceeded to give a small speech that I didn’t understand half of except the parts where she mentioned fighting enemies by my side! After that, she turned and walked away as well.

Tina and Xan were next. “So, I was thinking what I was gonna get for a puppet princess and.. Ouch!” Xan winced and grabbed his knee as Tina

“Your Majesty of wonders! Please excuse my husband! As he was trying to say, our gift is of humbleness and pray that it may serve you well!” She held out a small tablet that Saki always talked about.

I took it looking curious, but Saki pulled it from my hands with a wide smile and began tapping on it. I looked back to Tina. She was holding back laughter. “Seriously? The whole army?” Saki said in disbelief.

Xan coughed, and while still nursing her knee nodded before speaking. “Please be aware that I already have many of them guarding the city for you.” With that, Xan, limping while Tina followed, left.

Parsnip stormed in angrily and held out a paper. Saki took it and read it out loud. “Archduke Persip hereby formally revokes all claims that Royal Advisor Saki is a traitor and a scoundrel.” Saki rolled her eyes but I smiled and nodded.

Parsnip turned and left with a huff. General Tully approached, took a knee and bowed. “Your Grace, I humbly apologize, but with everything happening lately, I have been unable to afford a gift. All I can give is my undying loyalty and continued service in your name if you would have me.”

“Nya! Tama accepts!” I said happily. “Tama thinks General Tully is amazing!” Tully smiled at that with tears in his eyes.

“Thank you my Queen, as always I shall endeavor to serve and protect.” With that, he stood and walked to the side, making sure to watch me at all times.

Then there were a lot of people.. Like a lot.. all of them wished me a long life for some reason and many brought gifts. Lots of small weird things. From silverware sets to fruits and vegetables.

The Nekojin from the arena brought a whole bag of potatoes! She said she would teach me to make fries and bring pride to the Nekojin.. er… Tamaneko's name! I clapped and tried to take her and the bag to the kitchen, but Saki stopped me.

Finally, finally, the last person left the hall. I felt a sigh of relief, only for a group of people to just appear in front of us. Lyran, Usaki, Tristy, Aunt Talia, Tera, David, and Grok!

Lyran was pushing buttons and sighed as he looked around. “Yes! Got it in one go!” He cried out as he ignored me and rushed over to Saki, pulling her into a hug.

Usaki turned into a fox and jumped on my lap before getting comfortable and taking a nap. Tristy walked up, fell to one knee, and while vibrating said. “You have always been my Mistress, but now you are my Queen too!”

Tera did basically the same thing, except she was sobbing and apologizing about taking forever to get here. Something about fighting her way through monsters and stuff.

David just looked at me and asked. “So… where is Jiggle?” Aunt Talia facepalmed and smacked him upside the head.

“She is your Queen David!” She said in irritation.

“Nya! Jiggle is in the stables, that's what Aunt Talia told Tama earlier.” I said. David smiled at that, bowed, and left out the foyer.

Aunt Talia bowed to me, then looked at Saki who sighed and beckoned her over. Aunt Talia and Saki went over to scheme or something.

“Grok dinks be Queen is low, you is already War God! Why is you Queen now too?” Grok said in annoyance. I giggled and blinked over to grab Grok in a hug. “You iz always so strong!” Grok whined as I hugged him too hard. “But Grok iz strong! You see!”

I turned to see all my friends. I was so happy to see them all. I blinked over and stood on the throne. “Nya! Tama loves you all so much! Tama wants to tell you all her stories of becoming Queen!”

They all looked at each other then me. I giggled and started to explain…

“Then, Tama told all her friends about our adventurers! Starting with Lyran and his pube hairs!” I said excitedly. Saki facepalmed and shook her head.

“Tama, they are children! I already had to deafen them through your more.. Intimate parts..” Saki trailed off as despite her words, a light smile colored her lips and the wrinkles on her eyes creased slightly.

“That was amazing! I wish mommy hadn’t stopped me from hearing the good parts!” Shika said in disappointment.

“As always, my mother was overly excited and told me the parts she wasn’t supposed to. Seriously mother, I do not need to know how you and Aunt Saki did things in bed! Though I confess, the story was.. Informative.” Tuma said in a thoughtful tone.

“But that doesn’t explain what happened with the Demon Queen? And the Imperial Army? What about the Shrine of creation? What happened to the plague?” Tuma began naming off things and I winced.

“Be patient little one, you know how your mother gets. If you wanted the short version you could have asked your uncle Lyran.” Saki said in amusement.

“I’d rather ask Uncle Drake, at least he would fight me!” Tuma argued. Shika crawled over and grabbed Tuma in a hug, her little Foxkin tail wrapping around her.

“Aww come on! Don’t be a spoil sport! Auntie Tama was just getting to the good part right?!” She looked over at me hopefully. “Oh! Tell us about the invasion!” She jumped up and down and even Tuma looked curious.

I giggled and stood tall on the sofa. I pointed at them and Shika giggled excitedly. Tuma looked bored, but her nekojin tail lashed back and forth giving her away. “Tama will tell you the tale about the Imperials! How they almost conquered Trissiale! How Tama and Saki saved everyone!”

Saki snorted. “It wasn’t.. Quite so heroic… but…” I glared at her and she went quiet.

“It all started when…” I started my story.
