"What do you mean Inkaro had been turned into looking like a kid... why didn't you say anything? When will I have another chance to use my make-up on him next?" Iunia whimpered, playing up her frustration to the point of comedy and making it glaringly obvious she wasn't actually upset about not being informed. Instead of feeling that way in sincerity, the gentler of the twin sisters was simply using Lizu's announcement to tease the only little sister of hers.
"Did you miss the part where I, you know, before I mentioned Aro had been cursed?" Lizu clicked her tongue as she spoke, lightly kicking at the carpet of the spruce floor with enough restrained force to give the impression it impersonally owned her money.
Finally getting to see their little sis after such a long time, mixed with her childish display of disapproval of their unannounced invasion of her dreamworld, the mask twins were both ELATED and EXHILARATED: respectively, emphasis on the respective part, every much so with no overlap in how they felt an unbridled desire to baby their little sister like old times.
"I must say, this memoria thing of yours certainly is convenient~ Imagine conversing from anywhere without needing to worry about reception," Tialoua cheekily, almost snarkily, remarked before Lizu flinched as the sound and sensation of her nose being lightly flicked hit her out of nowhere. Rubbing her pain-stricken sniffer, Lizu hardly had to hazard a guess which of her sisters was the culprit, given she hadn't been knocked on her butt: Tialoua was the criminal so brazen as to strike her while being in the middle of a conversation. How rude.
The not-so-gentle worded sister remained silent after the surprise attack on Lizu, to an ominous degree from her uncharacteristic silence, especially when Lizu glared in her direction exclusively. With all that being considered, it was obvious to Lizu that Tialoua felt no shame. So for all her gusto, Lizu hung her head low, allowing the imaginary blood to flow to her brain before raising her head as she reached a verdict on counterattack.
However, instead of her two sisters looming over her like they were supposed to be, given they were oh so emphatically doing so moments prior, Lizu was greeted by something that she couldn't say was unexpected: all because she blinked for longer than half a second and took her eyes off them. Such a blunder. Revelling in self-satisfying reverence, only the masks the twins wore in the past that matched Lizu's current reduced physical age were now present: one gently(Iunia's line-coloured fox mask) hovering in the air, whilst the other boldly (Tialoua's purple panda mask) bounded about behind it.
At seeing those acursed masks in place of her vixen for sisters, Lizu pouted, frowning so aggressively someone might've mistakenly considered she was a kid moments away from a tantrum, after being told she could only have one entire tub of ice cream(Real fact about Lizu from when she was four -Iunia).
"Does the thought of being yourselves never cross your minds? It's long passed the reaches of obsession. Don't you think?"
Dashing the chance to give their little sister a normal reaction to such a reasonable question, the twins cackled up a frenzy of a laughing fit in response.
Lizu didn't say anything, instead choosing to lightly slap her chonky tail against the floor without a sound, such a feat being only possible by it being her dreamworld. The duo's shared quip of saying Lizu is one to talk about being obsessed on a singular point of interest didn't help Lizu's visually building frustration. Not by a long shot. But luckily for all three Feubread girls, from a certain point of view, the barely audible sound of Lizu's alarm finally managed to break through into Lizu's dream before the dragolyte spiritually cringed, at registering the alarm was about eighty percent through the fourth alarm jingle. The cringe was only made worse by her sisters uncerimoniously leaving without even a goodbye. So knowing the duo were finally departing, leaving their floating masks to slowly fade away, via an increase in transparency, Lizu reluctantly let them off the hook.
But their act of leaving didn't stop the duo from adding one more piece of fuel to the fire of what was Lizu's tipping point.
"Oh, and before we forget: keep your ears peeled for some exhilaratingly elating announcements in the future after your school's festival~" the duo's distantly vague voices sounded in practised unison, like they were repeating an announcement over a school's speaker system.
Lizu sighed every ounce of imagined air out from her lungs, wondering how she hadn't ended up worse than those two, at least, when it came to teasing others. If she had to hazard a guess, the little-turned dragolyte suspected it only appeared as such a fact on the sole basis most of what teasing she does do is brunted by the stonewall that is Inkaro, or so she surmised/guessed.
Finally free of such mental hindrances and the resounding sound of her alarm still calling the dragolyte to action, Lizu slowly brought her hands to her face before pulling at her cheeks, until finally letting go of them with a light 'plop' of her mouth.
So as she turned to face her surroundings, still pulling at her cheeks in deep thought, it only occured to the little Lizu that her present surroundings weren't as she'd recalled; after all, she was certain her home manor didn't have an unusually long hallway with dense muted cyan clouds that obscure the hallway about fifteen feet ahead of her, no matter the direction.
"Nuenala would probably get a kick out of getting to run through this place like it was some virtual labyrinth, but not much point sharing it right now when the doors lead to white voids." But before even having what could barely be considered a chance to contemplate a single consideration on what she might put in one of the doors, something caught Lizu's attention, just faintly flickering out of the corner of her peripheral vision. Sadly for the curious Lizu, her attempt to be a detective was rudely interrupted by the most unlikely of individuals in the place that was ultimately her own mind.

"It's an Ember of Slumber," the voice of a certain cloud dragon sounded off, speaking with such crass indifference that it almost appeared the stigmai was verbally turning her nose up at the notion that caring for her act of breaking-and-entering was beneath her.
Naturally, having an unexpected speaking right by her ear when she thought she was alone, Lizu howled in terror, incidentally sounding no different from a whiny baby. Sadly for the cloud dragon, the audible scream of Lizu was nothing short of an apocalyptic-level attack that sent her packing back to reality, mostly from the volume [Because it was annoying] and not the fact the attack was infused with memoria [As if a child could exert pressure against me!]. Even with the perpetrator and source of her terror gone, Lizu continued to scream, screaming like the very concept and essence of her soul was being ripped out of her.
She was that terrified.
So terrified in fact that she continued to scream uninterrupted all the way from her dream world into her jumping out of her bed as she fully snapped from sleeping mode to waking mode. The screaming only halted upon Morilore slapping the top of the alarm clock, finally silencing it.
"Rude," Myulinana grumbled disaprovingly, whilst the tip of her cyan tail, flicking about in time with her lazy words, poked over the foot of the bed as she herself layed sprawled out on the floor like a splatted pancake. After a bit of rustling occurring on the bed, Lizu poked her head over the foot of the bed, sporting an exhaustedly unamused expression.
"Me rude? That's rich coming from the girl who barged into my head!" Lizu quipped before whipping an accusative finger at the other scale-having girl's little nose. "Aaand! I didn't even get to see this Ember of Slumber thing you name-dropped, nor the chance to figure out how I even caused it to appear and or form slash create it. One of those things."
"They're for-"
Lizu booped Myu in the nose, silencing the Myu in an instant, like turning off an appliance by pressing the off button, and mute cyan clouds of memoria seeped out of her ears, flowing out like gushing waterfalls that slowly coated the area around the cloud dragon's head. Had she not been impressed by Lizu's brazenness, not that she showed it with how she frowned, Myu was certain she would have bitten the audacious finger which struck her innocent nose.
"Shush... I'm letting you off the hook for that jumpscare of yours since you're my favourite cloud dragon; also, no spoilers." Lizu repeatedly patted the part of Myu's tail closest to her with the side of her own tail, to which even Myu couldn't keep a straight face. Which came as a surprise to Lizu, not because she'd managed to break Myu's guard, but because the cloud dragon was flushed in the face with a shade of vibrant cyan.
It was a shade of Luminasity that wasn't tied to anger.
"I wouldn't do such an action, tapping tails or tendrils have different connotations in societies other than your own," Enetha mumbled, managing to sound both flat and sleepy in unclashing tandum, as she had her cloth-like appendages wrapped around her body from the chest down in the form of a short dress.
Raising her gaze, but not relenting on her tail patting against Myu, Lizu briefly scanned the happenings of her bedroom, only to see Enetha nicely situated on Inkaro's lap as the grimoire guy was vastly more preoccupied by one of his Calamity Fractals, paying the little princess no mind.
"Ohh, that would explain the extra cyan on her face, but tapping tails in dragon culture is a sign of kinship or as a declaration for a challenge of combat," Lizu stated boldly as she raised the finger she'd used to poke Myu, and matter-of-factly waggled it back and forth. "So her embarrassment is her own fault... for seeing combat as an intimate activity."
Not taking another second to lounge on her second favourite place to lie down, Lizu frontflipped out of her bed, completing a full circle over Myu, before landing on her chonky tail and bending it into the shape of a C as she softly landed on her feet. The proud smirk on her face made it clear the dragolyte was proud of herself. However, that bend of her tail didn't come without its share of sharp stinging consequences once she unbent it. Shortly, taking a moment to bask in her successful feat of athleticism, despite the searing pain relentlessly taking root in her tail, Lizu hobbled her shaky legs over to the sitting duo: "Also, what are you two doing?"
"Taking cover," Enetha stated calmly.
"From what?" Lizu rocked her head to the side: baffled. Briefly side-eyeing the calamity fractal hovering over Inkaro's hand like it were some crime boss who held the secrets to getting close to Inkaro, in a physical sense, Lizu wondered if Inkaro had accidentally sent the magical item flying, leading Enetha to decide that being as close as possible to him was the safest place to be. Enetha wasn't wrong, though, so Lizu couldn't fault her.
"The thing Inkaro caught in his crystal," Enetha explained softly as she gestured to the magical object in Inkaro. Lizu could only scratch the back of her head, unable to decide if she was correct or incorrect in her deduction behind Enetha's reasoning for taking the place usually reserved for Inoni.
"How interesting, I wonder if this CF will have some connection to memoria," Inkaro announced intensely, catching Lizu's attention faster than the speed of light travelling in an atmosphere. The mention of memoria was all she needed to hear to convince the dragolyte to investigate this supposed collaboration between her and Inkaro's fields of study. Lizu smushed her left cheek against Inkaro's face as she intently inspected the calamity fractal, giving the dragolyte a similar feeling in her chest that she'd received upon briefly looking at the Ember of Slumber. She had her theories, but wasn't about to outwardly say something as outlandish as what first popped into her mind. Something along the lines of: the Ember of Sumber was scared out of her by Myu, leading to it ending up in Inkaro's previously empty, and recently created, calamity fractal.
But as she thought it over, it did sound annoyingly logical. The thought got Lizu deeply groaning with her entire soul, only deeming the getting jumpscared part an issue for her pride. Such a devastation to her soul could only be rectified by a single course of action, smushing her face into Inkaro's hair, which she did without a second thought.
[Calamity Fractal of Dreamful Memoria][Stigmaus-Ode Rewriting: Calamity Fractal][Bond: Lizuranti]
-A muted cyan crystal that is shaped like a shotput-sized teardrop. At the middle of the tear drop's biggest part, there is a bright, glowing amaranth pink symbol: the symbol resembles a vertical ring with ten lines hoving under it. And, it has a floating V above the ring part that is pointing upwards.
