Chapter 1 It Began with a Run

  There it goes lying in front of him. His capsule, a coffin for him, in this world and his portal to the new world.

  “Yes.”

  “Of course! That is the reason why I am here. “

  “Gamay”

  “Male.”

  “I want you to choose for me a race that are smaller than human, since I am already experiencing the difficulty of being so big in this world and I am very tired of it.”

  “No. Please not a dwarf, I don’t like dwarf they are small but they are still big in sizes, if you know what I mean. Small but still proportional like humans. “

  “Yes, that’s what I am talking about. I just forgot how they are called.”

  “The way I am without facial hair.”

  “In a city of giants.”

  “But I want to be in a place where I am the smallest. I want to experience the perspective of the small people.Anyway choose a random village in which I am the smallest person”

  “No, I want to experience Royal Road on my own.”

  Gamay then experience a blinding light that surrounds him.

  “Yes! This is it, the start of a new of my life.”

  Gamay open his eyes with a terrible pain in his shoulder blade down to his heart and he taste blood on his mouth.

  Gamay feel warmth overwhelming his body while reviving,and he opened his eyes in an unknown place with trees and that all he could see as he felt himself vertically split in two.

  Gamay scream from the pain he felt and the agony of dying twice without any reason.

  “What was that?”, he asked angrily as he find himself in the creation room where everything is white.

  “How come I am back, here again? Is that how you should start to play this game? you want us to feel the the reality of this game, you make me experience the pain of dying?”

  “Then, why did I die?”

  “Why did you send me there, in the first place?”

  “And now you make it sound my fault, what the fudge!”

  “No!, I am not a quitter. I don’t want to change the place just because I don’t like. I want to continue what has been started. And to you I say that ‘Challenge is accepted'.’’

  Once again gamay feel himself reviving… and then his head explode!!!

  “AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!”

  “Why the hell do I keep on dying, it hurts know and it hurts a lot.”

  As the light engulfs Gamay again he prepares himself to run. Before the images forms in his eyes and as soon as he felt the ground beneath his feet, he run without knowing the places where his feet

  would lead him to. And because he run he does not die again.

  The first thing he ever do in this game is to run. He run and he ran because his life depends on it. All he have in his mind is to run and nothing else. He think that he would die once he stopped running.

  He keep on running because wherever he looked he would find an orc and he believe that an orc would kill him right away without question. He runs until he sees an orc and then he change direction, to the right or to the left. He keeps on running until the sun goes down and find a dark corner where he judge that no one is insight and maybe he think that this place will be safe for now.

  He is lucky that he is exhausted at place where it is safe. He then rest and set down until his stamina rises,he check what he have receive from the AI goddess.

  Then his stomach protest.

  He then look into his backpack for something to eat and there he found rye bread, he eat without complaining because everybody knows that everything taste fantastic when you are hungry.

  When he is full and well rested, he tried looking into the wall and look up, and he found out that it is a wall of an orc hut. He then tried climbing into the wall because he wants to try the gifts he got from the goddess that is climbing., and because he believe that it is safe at the rooftop. At the rooftop he is exhausted again, and it is already nighttime and he feels safe he then decided to fell asleep.

  Morning comes, he yawn and he tries to stretch after standing and enjoying the beautiful view of sunrise and thick forest.

  “This is paradise”, he said.

  As he is enjoying the view he forget that he is standing on the edge and as he move, he fall down and lose only 60% of his health points because of his climbing and because he landed on a carts that is filled with fruits.

  Because the pop-up notified him lucky he then tried to grab the fruits all around him and tried to put them in his bag as quickly as he can and tried to eat some because he is so thirsty and hungry. He heard people coming towards him, that is why before he is seen by anybody he started to run again.
