In order of appearance:
Bomberman: “Henry Campbel” He/Him (AI: Shylla) (Bee for short)
Bomberman is very average looking. Built like Ryan Reynolds, blond, tall and handsome. At the same time as being a goofy jackass. He tends to wear old fatigue pants and tee-shirts with trainers. But in combat he wears a heavy bomber jacket and a plate carrier. With his clean cut short hair style, similar to Dean Winchester, he tends to come across as very charismatic, until he opens his mouth.
His newest constant companion is a mechanized dog that looks like a Tibetan Mastiff, upsized to a war horse. Operating with an ore grinder in its mouth, both as teeth and as a tongue. It has four mortar tubes mounted between its shoulders aimed forward and a mine layer located between the rear legs. Yes, its dookies are explosive. It has a saddle area just behind the forward facing mortars to carry its owner when he needs to move quickly, or is just feeling lazy. In its core it has a Class II Matter Reconfiguration device allowing it to eat material to produce its own munitions, or whatever its owner wants.
Bomberman had no style to start, simply focusing on blowing up enemies as they came. He was unfortunate enough to interact with a less than capable Vanguard when named. As such he gave up on a trope or style until Vanguard Shoggoth suggested a path that his AI had not.
Drag-On: “William Fennel” (AI: Bubylees “Bubbles”) They/Them
Drag-On is proudly Okama, choosing not to display one gender they prefer to be themselves. Stradling every line they find. They are also a member of The Family. At Six foot Five and built like a side of beef they are quite proud of their physicality. Choosing to wear dresses that display their impressive shoulders and biceps, as well as no small amount of hair. Being covered in it like a bear. All shampooed, perfumed and coiffed beautifully. Those that catch their legs flashing under the long skirts find they are just as well groomed. Drag-On tends to prefer Ball Gowns and other Princess trope adjacent styles for clothing, including six inch heels. They use a “wand” on occasion to dispense a variety of direct attacks, much like Morigana Luxanna the Witch of the West.
Drag-On’s partner is a mecha dragon in the western style. One hundred ten feet in length from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail, wings of equivalent length. It is covered in segmented metal armor scales and blades instead of spines. Its mouth contains a great white sharks’ amount of teeth, each mono-edged, as well as a multi dispenser for a number of gasses or flame types. It contains a Class II Matter Reconfiguration machine to supply itself with whatever it, or its owner, needs. The saddle can shift armor over the rider allowing for a sleek leaning ride that protects Drag-On from outside interference during combat.

The style, dare I say trope, that Drag-On was going for was a princess who saved themself and tamed the dragon by learning magic.
Sufficient Gravitas: “Alexandra Price” She/Her (Gee for short)
Gravitas is what would be considered a “Bombshell” during the second world war. Being in her early twenties, and the youngest member of the team, she is also the most conventionally beautiful. Well proportioned, long auburn hair, green eyed and beautiful. Until she became a Vanguard she did everything she could to hide it. For personal reasons related to her Father, Sullivan Price, she has spent most of her life hiding from the system. This makes her timid and less aggressive in some cases, but she was also raised to defend herself and others. Once she finally finds her stride she willfully sinks into the “bombshell” trope and lets herself be beautiful for the first time in her life. Now she wears a miniskirt bridge bunny outfit with a jauntily tilted little cap, very military adjacent in style.
Being a “Ship Girl” Gravitas has a primary “Destroyer Deck” pontoon attached to her at the hips by a bio-clamp and a segmented armature. With a secondary “Flight Deck” pontoon on the other side. These ship segments seem to have been pulled off of a spaceship styled from a popular entertainment program about a Military Bridge Crew in a world war 2 inspired war in space.
The Destroyer deck contains two primary turrets, each with two cannons. All four fire 25mm shells, thanks to Oggy the Shoggoth sharing their blueprints. It has additional Laser based turrets mirrored on the underside of the deck. The Deck itself is only six inches thick at its narrowest, spreading to a ten inch thickness for the rear cannons to reach past the forward set. All this while maintaining the "Deck off a space ship" feel. There are several smaller CWIS Lasers stationed at strategic points around the surface of this deck on both sides. It has an ammo feed connection to the Flight Deck.
The Flight Deck is a single flat side with an oblong half oval underneath that extends the entire meter of length. Inside is contained additional ammunition for the Destroyer Deck as well as Mini Drones and a Class II Matter Reconfiguration Machine. The Mini Drones launch via “elevators” to the upper deck. Each one is a quadcopter style, configured with two micro missiles and a quad turret of small size lasers.
Recently additional mid size drones in the shape of support fleet vessels have been added. Two gunships with a single spinal mounted heavy laser. Two missile boats with eight vertical 20mm cruise missile launchers. The missile boats need refill on occasion but stock forty missiles each. They receive this refill from the Flight Deck. Finally there are two Fleet Tender sub drones that collect materials for munitions and other manufacturing as the user needs. The Fleet Tenders look more like landing craft, fully enclosed, than actual repair or transport ships.
