He Has Another Idea
Cors, capital city. Later on, early night. At the gates of the central governmental building.
The presidents walked out with a better mood and attitude than what they went through back in the room. They were even talking with each other and laughing every now and then. Bernando was easy going now, too. However, among them all, with even Terka's senior minister getting along with everyone, Luis was left at the side to walk down the stairs behind them.
Now outside, he wore a slightly obscure gray coat Lesly got for him. It made Luis look quite fancy. Even with his usual humble-stylized suits, which Luis now completely fell for, he appeared like the President who has gone through all the stuff almost every other didn’t… until nowadays.
What Luis has experienced as Lymoca’s President for almost 15 years was something not even the Zyck President and the Sovereigns of KAA have gone through, and this meant a lot with everything considered. Luis has changed, too, over all of these.
Walking down the stairs, he went through the meeting today and wondered if he could get some documents fixed before going to sleep, even if it meant going behind Lesly in the middle of the night. It was an eyeopener and relief to Lymoca and him, respectively.
With Melenon beginning the ‘real’ talks, and with Terka’s senior minister’s part considered the appetizer before the main plate, the room had gone silent. Everyone listened to president Gustavo from the reason of why he took that decision out of the blue, to follow suit with the results.
Luis, who didn’t imagine it would happen back then, only seeing Argopolas’s approach as ‘just in case we are still considered a tyrant government’, not to actually join Lymoca. He was even prepared to act out before both sides took a step back.
There was always the ‘what if’, but Luis had also seriously considered that, even though he believed it wouldn’t come. Melenon broke that off. With Gustavo’s words as he went on to describe the aid Lymoca provided them, which was magnanimous, even during the war, anything about insecure words left the Valad president’s mind and mouth.
Then, the Avican president showed the results of what the Avican populace thought of the now modus operandi in Melenon, which was virtually part of Lymoca now. It was a shaky position, but the over 90% who were grateful and still are due to some projects were in accordance.
Melenon’s restoration was still underway. Because of the Torkan forces’ contempt for the Avicas, they destroyed several systems below and above the ground. From simple matters such as energy, water, and overly used daily resources, to transporting endless concrete and metal to rebuild.
There was even a company, which was mid-big in Lymoca, that has aided build over 75% of Melenon. It wasn’t much, considering Melenon’s size, but to have it achieved in the first few months while the Radical Wars still rang, and with Cerka’s threat at the borders. It meant a lot.
That little part only showed some of the honesty that the Avicas saw in the Lys. Not their military alone this time, but the will to aid despite the risks. Thus, Melon was contented with their status, at least so far and for the foreseeable future.
When the Valad president’s turn came, Marco began briefly. It was only towards the end that he spoke of the ‘unwillingness’ of becoming part of Lymoca right away instead of until the wars were over. Not only because they would extend for over a year and wouldn’t have ensured them protection under Lymoca all the time, but because of the people’s will as well.
After all, alien methods weren’t an obligation for the same thing to happen twice. The specifications and irregularities were almost perfect. In other words, Lymoca had both long coastal countries practically handed to them on the same plate.
But before all of that, which let the others in the meeting see how Argopolas changed their thought processing and idealized the integration into Lymoca, the president spoke his mind. There were many issues, such as what will happen soon with the current government.
There was also the matter of the identity. It was impossible to get rid of the Valad inheritance in any form. Just like the Ly respected their blood, more than anyone in this world to even have it included in their national hymn, they wanted to keep being recognized as Valads.
Before Cors was the Corsel Empire, but they weren’t anything remotely close to those words before the SO. They had gone through change after change, but these weren’t from annihilation. These come in the form of progress; evolution.
Marco excused himself for being too thoughtful during his turn several times, but he demanded to be respected through similar fashions. And that since Cors could, so should Lymoca help and let them. Marco was much more passionate about his country than he was even when Lymoca aided them, which Luis recognized.
After both turns, the meeting returned to some comments and preoccupations everyone shared. Among them, ANS’s response to everything that has happened. The tiger might have remained in its mountain, but they would never think it was over. Not after Terka were Torka and Cerka. Who knows what could’ve gone wrong.
Of course, Luis took advantage to remind the other 4 nations that they did nothing then, only Lymoca. It wasn’t a nice phase of the Radical Wars Cors and the others wished to speak about, so the meeting ended soon after. Luis had his tiny win after everything.
All in all, and so far, this proved that Lymoca was to be trusted. Their government? The meeting still had its doubts, but their people were clearly as ‘the legends’ told. Simply humanist. The Green Humanism did come from them, after all.
Luis was grateful, relieved, because he didn’t control them. They were as their countries, completely free to do whatever they wished. With moderation towards Lymoca, too, but free. This first day, and perhaps the rest of the meeting, were Luis’s trial of the results of his government, and it couldn’t be put any better.
They didn’t take long before exiting the building, scheduling tomorrow’s meeting for the afternoon as well. Every president had to attend to their matters. They wouldn’t go on vacations for a day before, let alone now, much less a week.
Luis waved the other presidents and nodded to Terka’s senior minister and Sergio before entering a limousine. It headed to the hotel Lesly was waiting him in. As he left, the presidents, in small groups and those already leaving, gave him another glance as they went on.
President Luis wasn’t ‘left alone’ because they wanted to single him out or distance themselves from him. It happened as naturally as walking, and it was never better said, as they just moved their legs and Luis ended up as the only solitary man from the meeting.
However, as the man of the previous years left, they realized that him being left out wasn’t for any misunderstanding or being tired from the meeting. It became more surreal, because they thought it was just fitting.
… Luis went into his room after the hotel’s owner himself came to welcome him with many attendants. Awkwardly bidding them farewell in silence, he entered the suite. It was pretty good, and he found himself gladdened that Lesly didn’t ask for the best.
Of course, he also worried if he’d get teased endlessly again for taking after Fox. Usually, it was the son-in-law who copied the other, not the other way around. But soon, amidst his absent-minded walking, he met a small but firm butt facing the ceiling, and incredibly juicy thighs.
Everything was bare, all too perfect. He crawled on the bed and slowly woke her up, cuddling her from behind after taking his coat and jacket off. He was a bit too mentally exhausted. In other words, his talk about life, work, and sleep needed a 5-minute nap before everything.

Zyckevele, the following early morning. Southern HQ.
If there was one thing the eastern supercontinents were glad about ANS gifting arsenals left and right… and up and down, it was the lack of missiles they shipped to the anti-Zyck and anti-KAA coalitions. Otherwise, their everything would’ve been threatened enormously.
Fox woke up to his wives, they continued to sleep on their husband. ‘Only’ two weeks was a bit too much. They were recently married, after all. There was no long trip to celebrate it, perhaps across the world or at least half of it. It was fine if ANS wasn’t on the route.
It was still dark outside. Fox softly caressed their faces a bit more before sitting up. He remained like that for some moments, relaxing and stretching his neck before stepping out of the bed. The temperature in this part of the world at this time of the year was great, but the beauties held each other as soon as he left an empty spot between them.
Fox rejoiced on the sight while dressing up before going to the door. There, he found a laptop on the floor, with Miros’s writing on a note atop it. It confirmed it was safe to use. Planning a thankful gift for the ‘boy’ and his ‘mommy-age’ woman, Fox took the laptop and went back inside.
It was still a couple of hours before 5 AM, so he had time before the meeting with the general and PR local commander. He could’ve met the latter by now, but Fox didn’t bother.
Revising through it for slightly longer than an hour, Fox felt his brain going off with electric snakes bolting around and jolts of joy. Even he wasn’t sure how he could enjoy planing so much. But on the other hand, it seemed fitting. Yet, after all, Fox was Snowfall Enterprise’s CEO…

There were many improvements. It wasn’t a lot, but just what he needed. Fox was so contented he almost went back to bed and did the unspeakable, but he didn’t find joy in it. Besides, he really had to work on what to tell the officers and PR. Makory and Anastasiv were bound to watch.
Fox wondered, ever so quizzically, if they would feel unfit regret that Fox wasn’t born in their supercontinents at the very least, and if they would envy Luis. The notion was ridiculous, so he shook it away, but it remained there.
… At last, checking the time, 15 minutes before the meeting, Fox closed the laptop. He didn’t need to revise it anymore. He was simply looking at the content like a happy dumb child checking one of the possible PCs he’d buy for the first time.
Fox went back to Nala and Esmeralda, waking them up so softly with light smooches. Too many, perhaps, and a little wet, but smooches nonetheless.
They got ready and casually walked out of the room. They saw PSD agents on their way to the war room. When they entered, everyone was there, with only about 5 minutes until the meeting began. A screen showed Makory, another was still black. Fox felt the local command from PR and the general’s gazes on him with extra serious expressions.
He nodded at them before walking to the center, where a semi-digital, enormous, thin panel was. It was capable of mediocre holograms, for sure. Nowadays, Fox could recognize this intricate technology. He wanted to use it, hoping it wouldn’t be too silly to master moving holograms.
A couple of minutes later, with Fox analyzing the panel, the black screen suddenly connected, revealing Anastasiv and his cabinet on the screen now. The general and PR local commander saluted, followed by everyone else except Fox, Nala, and Esmeralda.
“At ease,” the Zyck President nodded before quickly addressing Fox. “We shan’t use more time for courtesies. This will take a long time. Fox, speak. I’m intrigued to hear you.”
“Believe it or not,” Lemyonova interjected, “Ever since yesterday, he has been excited to continue with similar plans. Zycks don’t rest when in need. As we speak, the northwestern front general is planning the offensive into Orcesta. You could’ve won a medal for this, Fox….”
“…” Anastasiv closed his eyes and lowered his head when his daughter began speaking, already knowing what could happen, and it happened. But when she went on and said those last few words, he lifted his chin and opened his eyes to slightly reprimand, “Enough.”
Lemyonova went quiet, but her face told she had said everything she wanted to. The Zyck President looked at Fox and gestured, “You may proceed, special agent Fox.”
Fox nodded. He turned back to the panel and looked at his wives through it. Nala indifferently looked at him, the cold glint in her eyes encouraging him. Esmeralda, on the other hand, but similarly, looked at him with smiling, profound black eyes. Never prouder.
“This, this, this…” Fox turned to face the panel and its hologram feature on. He grabbed a southern Twilight’s Radical Wars’ map on live time before forming a circle from above the southern HQ to the southern borders of Merula with Pielsart. Merula’s western borders were also drawn on, finishing the circle at southwestern Zyck waters.
“All of this is important to end the Radical Wars in Twilight as soon as possible.” Fox turned to the Zyck President for a moment before returning to draw on the hologram with different military units, including ‘SA’ and ‘PSD’ and ‘RB’. He added, “Guaranteed to not seek any country’s aid, be it KAA or even Merula, even Lymoca— Zyck should be able to crush the enemy with their military alone forces… You won’t even need to let millions die on your side.”
The room became focused at once. Some frowned and held their chins or up to their mouths as Fox began. His arms moved slowly, but the holographic board changed a lot, and fast. To top it off, Fox spoke slowly, only giving a general, broad view of his ideas.

Cors, capital city. Early afternoon. Meeting room.
Luis sat down last, passing a few documents to the others outside Lymoca’s close circle with information they asked the day before. It involved the new trades Lymoca now has with Terka and the other countries.
There were clear and significant differences. For starters, Terka had many of these, but about half were temporary, meant to aid Terka in its starting years as a region in Lymoca’s new borders. However, it still had more than enough treaties with the Terka region.
In comparison, Argopolas and Melenon had fewer, but these were already treaties, practically permanent. There was a spreadsheet for new trades with these ‘new regions’, which the President hadn’t even presented to their current presidents. Luis also spoke a bit about them to the presidents before entering the meeting, shocking them a bit.
It wasn’t because they were too good to be true, but because they didn’t expect it. After all, not many put a lot of importance to Terka’s treaties with Lymoca when they were happening, thinking them to be image-worthy propaganda of sorts.
Then, there was Cerka and Torka, which only had current trades for medicament and a lot of personnel to help in rebuilding and searching for people, or corpses. The beginning of the Radical Wars ended not too long ago, but Lymoca had been working on the war-ravaged countries for half a month already, while the 4 nations were too busy thinking ill of Lymoca.
All in all, something in common of the ANS-supported countries was a lack of medicine.
Once everyone read through them, which the 4 pro-Lymoca nations didn’t need to, already knowing thanks to Luis’s ultra transparency, and to further lure them, avoiding a scene of them leaving. The meeting began with Bernando, who this time didn’t elevate his volume.
“Let’s start today’s meeting with my turn. Tomorrow and the day after will be Endesa, Carnge, and then the island countries. Is that good?” Bernando asked everyone. They nodded, some wording their agreement. He thus nodded and initiated, “We have all seen Lymoca’s sudden rise from being a corrupt country to be led by President Luis.”
“It is true the President and his country have changed exponentially since then. But every sight of an incoming change was brought forth with imminent violence as well, which only resulted in confirmed aggressions. Even if we paint it with the lightest of colors, Lymoca was never opting for the HLS’s first terms to avoid warring conflicts, when other nations have in the last few hundred years.”
That made a good point, which Luis wasn't going to bother defending himself from. It was the crude, authentic truth. The Cors president didn’t use much exposition as he went on. But as presented in the beginning, his arguments were simply valid.
… In Zyckevele, Fox continued elaborating after his short overall explanation. Everyone was interested, but not in the form of nodding and saying ‘yes, Fox, you’re the best’. Instead, they bombarded Fox with questions to no end. They were fool-proving his ideas.
Fox responded well enough, although his answers to their questioning often incurred more questions and doubts he had to solve. All in all, quickly realizing about it too, they wanted to solidify Fox’s ideas, which he was glad to welcome.
Anything that would make him think more was welcome. Nala and Esmeralda watched from the sides, letting their husband get bullied from every angle. The meeting was more lengthy than expected, but not too long.
Once it ended, with Fox’s initial ideas receiving a pass in the war room, Fox left satisfied but feeling the intense complexity. Furthermore, they looked like they had a lot more to question him with. PR’s questioning was the easiest to solve, no matter how legitimate an issue they put forth.
During the rest of the day, Fox meditated before cuddling to bed and spent all night being pampered by Nala and Esmeralda. They also worded out their mindsets. Watching from the side gave them inspiration and insights Fox simply didn’t have. Such was nature and humanity.
… At Cors, the second meeting ended, with Bernando pulling a lot of essentials from every party in the room. The south had become heated, wondering what the presidents were thinking, while ANS began to grow curious.
Bernando offered every president doubts and positivism. Doubts of Lymoca’s all-out actions and choices, and making them curious to why Lymoca didn’t take gentle approaches despite declaring itself to have the Humane Key still.
The Cors president also expressed his regret of not being timely with aiding the countries who suffered in the beginning of the Radical Wars. He ‘rallied’ the other presidents to present their help, too. However, Luis mentioned how Endesa, Carnge, and the island countries were already participating.
With another tiny win for Luis near the end of the meeting, they walked out again. Similarly, Luis was once again the solitary person to walk out and return to his hotel. At least, a beauty and woman such as Lesly Rivera waited for him, but it didn’t diminish the strange sensation from assaulting Luis.
Thankfully, it didn’t block his mind, nor distract it. The next day, Luis prepared to go out again with a smile. Waking up and having breakfast with Lesly, and a shower. They then worked together to deal with some matters away from home before he departed for the meeting.
This afternoon, it was Endesa and Carnge’s turn in the meeting. Endesa’s president, Richard P., is a brown, short-haired middle-aged man near his old age with black eyes. He was quite the standard person. His appearance was sometimes striking, rising questions to how did he make it to the presidency. But that was only his appearance.
His points were clear and few, albeit a bit lengthy. He had everyone remember history, which was a subject Cors and the other 3 nations were weak against. The only reason they broke off Lymoca as it was formed into a nation was due to ANS’s demands, nothing else.
The notion spread throughout history instead of becoming distanced. After all, Lymoca never intended to harm or reconquer them. Furthermore, the Lylaco Empire had almost been existent with both countries in its territory, only expanding further to the south before SO.
Carnge further backed this. Furthermore, with how close they were to each other, and the disparity of territory divided from ANS’s schemes, it was a wonder they didn’t go to war time and again. The bridge nations in Twilight were the opposite.
It didn’t take more than a few sentences for everyone to become ‘enlightened’. ANS wanted them to fight, as simple as that. What’s more shell-shocking, ANS’s hands were rumored around Orcesta, Fresna, Orxa, and Pexa back then.
With recent events… in short words, the south Moonblue’s presidents were chilled. On another point of view, Carnge and Endesa never went to war and were always supported by Lymoca. It was Lymoca who had them remain harmonious, while ANS…
Everyone could see a line forming. The method with which Lymoca could prove itself ‘innocent’, and Luis as a visionary— a correct one.
Carnge’s president was Carl F. He is a tall, black man, with big eyes and bald. His history lessons and comparisons of the past where ANS’s rumors of stretching their hands throughout the world captured the presidents’ minds. Because of him, a sense of urgency was built.
It was diminutive, so tiny it couldn’t be felt clearly, but it made Bernando suck in a deep breath as it dawned on everyone, let alone the rest. Lymoca moved against ANS in the end? The idea was still too weak, but how many days were there to the meeting?
… In the meantime, in Zyckevele, Fox had long started his briefing of the following processes to develop his ideas into concrete plans. There was nothing like a good, clever chat. Only, nobody knew this would be the longest they’ll be in that damned war room for the week while the military forces prepared.
This day, they would only go out for breaks like going to the bathroom, tranquilize and stretch one’s mind, and eating. They would even bring some fast food nearby for all to enjoy in a couple of small recesses, all so they wouldn’t grow irritated.
No matter how strong a mind a human can posses, they can be easily exhausted.
In one of those moments, after analyzing the fast food in Twilight, and rating it, Fox found a curious encounter with a questioning to answer. Someone asked him what would he do if everything went wrong, and he was suddenly in enemy territory. It was much possible.
Fox answered with a light, almost weak tone from his natural voice, broken and soft. “We still have as many drones as possible, and we wouldn’t be defenseless even if we’re betrayed. I still have Zyckevele and KAA on my side. Would they prefer to not scare the big monster overseas or the nearest to them?”
The officials and PR agents fell silent. Fox saw this and smirked for a moment. He acted curious, intriguing the correct minds more than others, “Or what, you wouldn’t do that for me?”
The atmosphere then lightened. He was confident, and he was sure to be so. Wouldn’t they help him and come to his aid after everything? Indeed.
…
Let It Rain's note: Wowaowawee, I was too engrossed to notice 3.8k words almost written, and going for the 9th page. Also, that dumb kid getting a PC is quite me.
