  Cynthia: “Here, this is a book on Vermila Tigers.” She said with a serious tone, opening up the mentioned book, presenting it for Celia to read.

  Not wanting to let Celia go so soon, the young girl, who was actually a teenager, was perched on the giant woman’s shoulder. Despite being toned and strong, Cynthia’s shoulder was soft, so Celia had no qualms about this arrangement.

  Ria: “Lady Celia is… sickly, Lady Cynthia. Keeping her up so high might make her pass out.” She informed, speaking into Cynthia’s mind.

  Cynthia: “Oh, hush, you! I will not be fooled in such a way. You’re just upset that you aren’t able to monopolize Princess Celia right now.” She smugly replied, shutting down Ria’s false warning.

  Ria: “…” “Shit! Cynthia is a giant, but she isn’t an idiot.” She thought, clicking her tongue.

  Unaware of this happening between her maid and Cynthia, Celia kept reading the book. Cynthia herself hadn’t read it before, and had no other Vermila Tigers in her possession or in this estate. So, she read along with Celia, patiently asking the girl if she finished reading before switching pages.

  Celia: “…Vermila Tigers all vanish once they reach around Level 250. Cynthia, what was Sehr’s Level?” She asked with a serious tone.

  Cynthia: “I… don’t know. I haven’t checked her Status in many years. That girl was never one for training, being mostly a shut-in.” She answered with great embarrassment and sadness.

  Regardless of if they were kept in captivity or not, all Vermila Tigers disappear, eventually. The book they read specifically said to keep a Vermila Tiger under Level 250, getting them only up to Level 249, as, literally, they vanish hours after reaching the max Level for their species.

  With Sehr being gone for so long, Cynthia was now in despair. In the book, it blatantly said that Vermila Tigers that reach Level 250… are never seen again, giving Cynthia a hit to her heart.

  Celia: “Maybe… Sehr hasn’t reached Level 250. We can still find her, Cynthia!” She replied with an urgent tone. “I can’t let their relationship end so abruptly like this…” She secretly thought, somehow already falling into the same trap that doomed her in the previous life.
