CHAPTER 12

  Deep below the depths of earth, deeper still below, a bleak room was stationed well beneath. Its atmosphere is dull. grit cling to the walls, cobwebs hung from all corners. Various pipes and wires slung open ended, wrapping around the suit throughout. At the centre of it all stood a well-rounded cryogenic stasis chamber. A royal guard in the usual attire. Hesitantly stepped into the room. Nervously Stepping closer to the stasis chamber. Withs slow movement

  Without warning the cryo pod decompressed. The hissing of ice-cold steam surrounded the room, engulfing the chamber. Inside, a black human silhouette could be seen, its presence slowly rose out from a lying position, startling the guard in the process. A Black circular body that had a claw attached hoisted downwards, clamping a tiara as it descended in place attaching the accessory to the figure from its metallic claws. The guard attempted to speak to the figure. “Y-y-your- ma-.”

  Suddenly the figure re focused her attention on him at breakneck speed, causing him to stagger backwards in fear. “Mam, I think you need to- “The woman cut him off mid-sentence. While In an English Regal accent, elegantly laced with authority. “Dispense with the pleasantries.” “Eearth’s dense force states they took major losses at sector-” ... she gave him a very disdainful look before pondering her next move, she climbed out of the pod. “Very well. Prepare my ship.”

  The surface above the streets began rumbling, occasionally shoving the pubic off balance, cars alarms wailed, the entirety of Buckingham palace estate crumbled as a vast, astronomical naval vessel begun to rise from the underworld, in a formidable but progressive manner, it eventually clambered above the underground, its mass uncovered above the location, leaning a gaping hole where it once resided, greater yet it's resumed its course above earth's atmosphere.
