  Tragedy struck Clare Pier today as a family car veered off the rails and plunged into the river below. They all passed on impact except for 9-year-old Dawn Carrier, who managed to escape from the sinking vehicle. She was found unconsious later by First Responders and rushed to the hospital. The mother, Roselynn Carrier, father Ashton Carrier, and 13-year-old Olivia will have a memorial service on Friday, Marth 9th in the town park Our greatest consolations to all affected by this loss
