The shadow

It is a balmy summer night. The quiet city street, lined with parked cars on both sides, is only disturbed by the clacking of women's heels. On the other side of the street stands a dark figure in a tracksuit. The hood is pulled over the head, and they slowly finishing a cigarette. They watch the solitary young woman approaching slowly, unaware of anyone else on the street. She is not even thirty, with a slim, athletic figure and long hair braided through her cap. She has headphones on, through which fresh music encourages her to perform well in sports. When the girl is a few dozen meters away, the figure stubs out the cigarette, throws it on the asphalt pavement and stomps on it with their athletic shoe. They want to be invisible, which they succeed in doing. The girl approaches the second entrance of the apartment building, takes keys from her purse, and unlocks the door, into which she subsequently enters. She turns on the light in the hallway, and the door slowly closes behind her. She doesn't lock it, quickly going up a few steps to the elevator. It is all clearly visible through the glass front door. The mysterious person observes everything from a sufficient distance, and when they see the light turn on in the attic apartment window a few minutes later, they slowly walk away...
