  There is a minor manuscript issue right now. It's literally so minor 99% of you won't notice. But if you've pre-ordered your copy. I would suggest deleting it in three days and downloading it again. I'm updating the file available right now.

  You might be reading a pirated copy. Look for the official release to support the author.

  The Paperback and hardback will come out in 2 weeks. I have no idea how any of that works, so I can't quote you all a price sorry.
