Milrd Milson, the famous superhero, was walking to his penthouse in the Super Hero Society. He was littered with wounds, bandages and dust, making him look insane to any nearby passerby.
Additionally, he was carrying an unconscious woman in a bnket, and a rge bck duffle bag. This only amplified the insane vibe he gave off to anyone driving by at these early morning hours.
He had just beaten the Sex Emperor named Daddy McDickerson with the help of his newfound friends Chad Thompson and Gamer Gabe.
They had all escaped the now deceased Sex Emperor’s dimension to save the woman in Milrd’s hands. She was his ex-girlfriend, Avery Brooks. She was kidnapped by McDickerson and was subjected to his sexual deviancy, so Milrd went out to save her. (After selling her out to McDickerson, of course…)
He had finally reached the massive front gates of the Hero Society, scanning his ID to enter. After that, he walked through the front doors and stopped at the front desk.
The same intern with puffy orange hair sat on the desk, reading a harem webnovel on his phone. When he saw Milrd standing in front of him, holding Avery in his hands, his jaw dropped.
“M-M-MMMISTTER. MILLARD! Y-you've been AWOL for four freaking weeks! And it's 3am in the morning!! W-where were you!? A-a-and who is she?!" The front desk intern yelled as Milrd stood in front of him.
Milrd's clothing was nearly all destroyed, he was holding a suspicious duffle bag, and he was holding the half naked Avery. So he looked incredibly suspicious!
"Ignore it, kid. I'm going up." Milrd replied as he walked into the elevator to the side. The intern stayed silent with his jaw quivering, falling back on the seat behind himself.
“I-I need to find a new pce to intern…” He said as he sipped more coffee from his pstic cup.
As the elevator doors closed up, Milrd began to realize what the kid had just said. He was in McDickerson’s realm for three weeks?
It had only felt like five or so hours to him, with all that had happened. He probably lost his job as a manager because of this, and would definitely have to respond to the Hero Society about it.
But besides that, it didn’t really matter much to him. He had saved Avery, defeated McDickerson and redeemed himself, or at least began to.
A loud ding ran off in Milrd’s ear, the sign that the elevator had reached the top of the Hero Society, his 75th floor penthouse.
He exited the elevator and walked towards his front door. He unlocked it and stepped in, feeling a cold breeze rush through his body. He turned the light on with his free hand and pced Avery on the living room couch.
“Crazy how this was the pce where I first saw that bastard… Fuck… I’m sorry Avery…” Milrd thought as he looked down at her unconscious face. He put multiple bnkets on her, closed the blinds and turned off the lights.
After that, he moved to his own bedroom and closed the door. The lights automatically turned on as he entered, allowing him to drop the duffle bag on the floor without issue.
He then entered the bathroom, stepping towards the sink. He prepared to wash his face with cold water, but before he could, he felt his right arm become limp!
"What the fuck?" Milrd muttered as he began checking up on his stiff arm.
His skin was dark red around the spots where he injected the G-bomb. His veins were dark blue and red around those parts of his skin, making his arm look sickly. This unhealthy effect went up to the base of his shoulder.
"Fuck… Chad said earlier that this shit had some type of side effects. And they’re different for everyone… Could this be one of them for me...?" Milrd whispered as he caressed the points where he injected. He accepted he couldn't do much at that point and turned off his water.
He looked behind himself and saw the small bag he was carrying along with Avery. It was a bag filled with G-bomb he had found within the ruins, the drug that he used to beat McDickerson. The drug that activated his “Cuckold Blood.”
He decided to take the bag earlier, just in case he needed to become stronger quickly. But now that he saw the side effects, he felt as if it wasn’t worth it.
“I already knew that this rageful side of mine was a risk, but losing control over my limbs is another issue that is unmanageable… I can’t use this crap…” Milrd sighed as he used his still moving left arm to push the duffle bag beneath his bed.
He threw his dirty, burned, and bloodied clothing into the nearby hamper, taking a warm quick shower immediately after.
After that, he could feel that his left arm was back to normal. He flexed it slightly and smiled, noticing that the marks were now gone.
So he got out of the shower, dressed up and walked up to the kitchen. Avery was still asleep, so Milrd quietly got a gss of milk and cereal.
The cereal box was called "Milly's Munchers," named after his heroic sister. It had 60 grams of sugar! A perfectly healthy meal for a growing hero. He poured his milk and the cereal soon after.
"Yum." Milrd said as he walked back to his bedroom and continued eating. He sat on his bed, closed the door behind himself, and continued eating.
He was preparing to turn on his ft screen 4K television, searching for the remote.
But before he could, his left arm quickly lost its strength and he dropped his bowl. This caused all of his cereal to spill on his bed, and eventually caused the bowl to shatter on the ground.
The marks on his arm were amplified, now purple instead of blue and red. It stretched up past his shoulder, causing a cold sweat to drip across Milrd’s face.
This was Milrd's breaking point.
"W-what… Fuck.... F-FUCK... *sob* W-what the f-f-fuck is wrong with me?! *sob* Fuck!!" Milrd cried out as he looked at the cereal spilling on his bed.
He was sick of everything, including the contradicting thoughts in his mind. So he just decided to fall asleep on the cereal covered sheets, leaving the broken mess of a bowl on the ground.
…
A few hours passed and Milrd woke back up. When he did, he noticed that his left arm had gained its strength back again.
He got off of the wet bed and silently walked towards his living room.
When he did, he saw that Avery was gone. He was concerned at first, but calmed down when he noticed that there was a note left on his couch. He picked up the small letter and began reading it out loud.
"'Hello Milrd. I know what you've done recently, which was selling me out to McDickerson. I still don't forgive you, and I doubt I ever will. But, even with that fact, I am grateful that you came to save me. You showed me that deep down, you do care about me. On some level. Thank you. Even if we’ll never see or be with each other again, I’ll always appreciate that. I've realized that Daddy McDickerson's touch had changed how my mind worked. That’s why I was acting so strange. I thought I had loved him after he had his way with me, but I don't. He is a monster who treats women as if they were items to be used. He treats them like a princess for a bit, impregnates them and gives them money. But the moment they go against his will or wish to live a different life, he pimps them out and threatens to kill their child… He is evil, and if you really killed him that day, then thank you. It’s your fault I even met him, but it gives me soce that a monster like him is gone from this strange world. That there is still a protector within your sad soul. Sorry for the rambling, I’ll get to the point. Despite all of this awfulness, I still have his child within me. I know it. And yet, I still want to raise them. They may have his blood, but I’ll raise them to be good-' What the fuck...?" Milrd muttered as he read the letter.
He stopped reading and sat back on his couch. He put his head on his face and sighed deeply. He couldn't read the rest. Not now. It was too much for him to hear the consequences of his selfishness.
Even if he felt he had redeemed himself by saving her, the fact was she would probably never fully recover from his betrayal and McDickerson’s actions.
The accomplishment and peace he once felt were washed away by guilt and a realization that he had a long way to go until he could fully uphold Milly’s wishes. If he really wanted to follow this path of “doing good,” then he must consider the consequences of what he has and will do.
"Ah… Fuck it. I'll read all of it ter... Chad's been waiting for me... He sent me his address and shit. I’ve got to go…" Milrd muttered out loud as he started getting off the couch.
He went back to the bathroom and started to dress himself up again in more professional clothing. He wore a business casual top and kept the paper with Chad’s address in his pocket.
He pced his pocket pistol in his belt’s holster and left his apartment, leaving Avery’s note on the couch.
But before he left, he looked back at his duffle bag, filled with G-Bomb. Bits of its handles slightly peeked out from under his bed.
He didn’t think there would be any trouble at Chad’s house, but still decided to take two needles with him.
They were small, so he fit them in his pants pocket. Just in case, he thought as he left his apartment.
A bit ter, Milrd had left the Society’s front exit, noticing that the intern from before was gone and was repced by some random dy.
He took one of the Hero Society funded taxis, which was completely free for him. He soon reached a forest area that was at the edge of the city. The driver said that was the farthest he could go, so Milrd continued through a path until he reached the top.
When he did, he saw the Man Manor, a massive compound that sat on top of the mountain. It overlooked the entire city and looked very impressive.
It was a modern looking facility with rge gss windows and was mostly made up of steel. It was multiple buildings that rested on the edge of the mountain, with helicopter pads and pools lining its sides.
It perfectly fits Chad’s fmboyant and overconfident attitude. But Milrd also wondered who else lived there and how they could handle Chad’s insanity.
But as Milrd kept going, reaching the front door, he saw a familiar person standing next to it with his arms crossed.
The orangish blond haired guy turned towards Milrd and began waving with a smile. Milrd instantly knew it was Gaming Gabe when he saw the headset fused with his pale skin.
"Is that you? Milrd?! What’s flipping up!?" Gamer Gabe yelled out as he stood next to the front door.
Milrd chuckled and reached Gabe, who was wearing a green sweater and brown shorts. The sweater said: "Eat, Sleep, Game, and repeat."
