The room looked old but neat. The smell of earth and sweetness was intense. You had never smelled anything like it before. You could hear the heavy footsteps again, but contrary to when you were outside his room, you felt much safer in his room.
What was that called again? Placebo effect? You asked yourself. You hope it wasn't just that.

You glanced at Lone man; he was arranging his bed. He moved so quietly yet swiftly. He was a different kind of shadow; he has mass; you could touch him; he could touch objects; you couldn't see through him; yet he couldn't be exposed to too much light.
The moonlight was just enough to illuminate the room with soft light. It is probably the best lighting to properly see him; any more than the soft light and he would disappear like what happened in the woods.
