The title of this update may sound ominous or alarming, but I really don't want to give off that impression.

  In short, I am going to take a few weeks off of updating Nightfall. Unfortunately, around the time that I began uploading this fiction, some things in my personal life started to happen and that has made it quite difficult to produce the chapters in a timeframe that I find acceptable. However, I am in the middle of a transitory stage in something, and I would rather just not focus on Nightfall for three weeks than be behind schedule for three weeks.

  Estimated time of return: The end of October

  Very latest time of return: Mid-November

  I will still be writing during this time. It will just be at a much slower and infrequent pace. If I manage to finish some chapters in that time, I might post them.

  I already have a lot of Chapter 8 done, but I would rather take a brief break now than keep getting behind schedule.

  Once I get back to regular posts, I will remove this update.
