I dropped a 1000ug Trip before my first shift at maccas,

  It’s was really the night before my shift but I hadn’t gotten a wink of sleep,

  I’d been let go from my last job and my mate had got me that job,

  I told him the keyboard was changing colours as I typed my message through to him,

  He asked if I took the tab,

  I said I had,

  He was fuming,

  And told me if I didn’t feel up to it to not show up,

  That was the turning point of my trip where I decided that if I didn’t show up that I would face failed him,

  So I not only showed up but did a full 9 hour shift,

  After having not slept the entire 30 hours prior,

  And only when I walked back across town to my home,

  Did I collapse onto my bedroom floor and sleep,

  The irresponsible shit you get up to at 18,

  Or,

  At Least,

  the unhinged misadventures of the dropkick I was.
