A hostile world of violence and magic where murder is just another part of daily life, this is the day to day reality for most of the residents living within the isolated city–Kandon. Cut off from the outside world, the strong prey on the weak in this sludge-fueled dystopian society. Everyone within the city has the ability to produce magic, but only few know how to use it well and much fewer know how to wield it against the human-devouring ghouls who prowl the streets and hunt with no rhyme or reason.
