In 1453, Constantinople falls to the Ottoman siege, and beneath the veil of death and destruction, a power older than humanity itself begins to reveal itself. A series of mysterious, luminous, and terrifying entities known as "The Chosen Ones" descend from the heavens to take the bodies of those hungry for power, promising them glory, wealth, and miraculous deeds. These Chosen Ones become invincible beings, capable of bringing peace or war, controlling the elements, and building empires.
