Jeremy Andolet is a 15-year-old boy who lives with his mother and two dogs (Scout and Wilbur) in rural Tennessee. Jeremy is homeschooled and lives far from his local town, so you could imagine it was hard to make friends. His only friends included Scout, Wilbur and Old Lady Alice; yes, he did have a couple of friends in his town, but he rarely talked to them.
