Dynamic Force takes place in modern times, in a world where certain people developed superpowers. These events drastically altered the world, shifting from countries to territories controlled by different people with superpowers. This story focuses on Scott Carr, a young man gifted with superpowers that used them for heists with a small crew of other super-powered humans. He took the fall for his entire crew and spent time in prison. Now married and with a small child, Scott is trying to be a better man for the sake of his young family. He suddenly finds himself drawn into Super-powered politics, reunited with his old crew, and in way over his head.
