Volume 8. Chapter 6: She Was Going To Be Late, But This Is Absurd! (Chapter 707.)

Chapter 6: She Was Going To Be Late, But This Is Absurd!

At first, Celia was just going to put her worn-out clothing back on. But, unfortunately for her, those rags vanished while she wasn’t paying attention.

  Celia: “…”

Due to that, she was forced to put on an outfit from her storage ring. She went with a pretty white dress, that had matching lingerie, accessories, and flat shoes.

Midas: “You look absolutely wonderful, Celia!” She praised after Celia came out of the bathroom. “While morally wrong, it was the correct choice to steal her raggy clothing!!!” She secretly, and smugly thought.

Celia: “Guild Leader… is this… attire really good for being an adventure?” She nervously replied, fidgeting a bit.

Prior to this, Celia had never worn such luxurious clothing before. Though it wasn’t overpowered as Midas would have liked, the Goddess still used the most expensive, as well as rare, materials for each outfit that Midas gave Celia earlier.

Midas: “My beloved believed that, regardless of the situation, one should wear what they wish to wear. Besides, being a pretty little princess on the battlefield… is very eye-catching. Even more so if you’re covered in the blood of your enemies.” She continued, like her words weren’t insane.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

Celia: “But… won’t my outfit… get easily damaged during a fight? They’re so expensive… I couldn’t bear to see them soiled like that.” She replied, reluctance clear in her tone and expression.

Midas: “Each outfit I gave you, including the shoes and accessories, are self cleaning and repairing. The repairing is automatic, but, for cleaning, you just have to think about it, and then they’ll clean themselves.” She explained, shocking Celia.

  Celia: “(~OAO)”

At this point, if Midas didn’t mention having a beloved… she’d have to assume that Midas was trying to court her. If only Celia was aware that Midas was, in fact, actually her wife…

Celia: “Still… these clothes are quite cute.” She happily voiced, feeling somewhat shy.

The woman even had a cute hair bow, that kept her long hair in order, and magic earrings, that she didn’t even need to poke a hole into her ears to wear. Unbeknownst to Celia, each part of the outfits also had healing functions on them, so Midas was sending Celia out completely safely.

Midas: “Same say that the clothes make the person… and though I think those words are inaccurate, good-looking clothing truly does enhance one’s appearance splendidly.” She mused, looking Celia all over.

  Celia: “(/ />/ A /
Even while still too young to court, Celia’s appearance was like a goddess. If Midas wasn’t looking out for her, some noble or less moral gutter rat… would have already defiled her by now.

Midas, herself, wasn’t immune to Celia’s amazing looks, either. Because of that, Midas didn’t notice how her gaze on Celia was… sultry, lustful, and oh-so tempting.

Celia: “…” “This woman isn’t a cheater, right? Surely not, as I am not even an adult. I am safe… or am I? What if she is a sick person, who likes little girls?!” She frantically thought, now shaking a little bit.

  Midas: “???”
