Quartz finds himself reborn in a world of cores and magic. From a young age everyone is taught how to see and manipulate mana, however this is so they can create their core on their sixteenth cycle of life. Without a core one cannot use magic, at least that is what everyone assumed, as no one figured out how to do more than direct the mana around them, that would all change, as Quartz used knowledge of his past worlds fictions to create his own magic systems.
