Civitas was born in an underground town, where people are striving to survive against a world filled with monsters.He was ridiculed and hated for being incapable of manipulating Mana, something everyone else could do.After an especially harsh day, he decides to try his last-ditch effort in trying to be able to control Mana.But everything goes awry, and three mighty beings enter into the life of Civitas.
