The enchanted continent of Aveldan is one of faith and magic - and it is gripped by war. Humankind clashes with the dark hobgoblins of the Shadowsteppe, with the castle-town of Dreamford matching their tricks with the raw power of magic and the holy city of Myrellia summoning the powers of their goddess to smite them. The mysterious fae creatures of Yggdramor watch the carnage from afar, while the dwarves of the Roaring Mount lay dormant within their fiery domain.
