The priests stare down at Amen, smiling.
Entertainment was coming.
Bomani looks up at them.
"You should thank me. I rescued you from my priests up there. Look at them. They’d love to pull your insides out."
"They should try on you first," Amen says as he keeps trying to break from his ropes.
Red dot blinks.
"No thank you," Bomani chuckles, staring into the darkness of the creature that slowly starts to move.
Amen's heart beat accelerates and he starts to panic, and tries to distract Bomani.
"Tell me, Madjay. Does the Pharaoh know about your little group here?"
The Archer is surprised by the question, and does not know how to answer at first.
"No records of it, officially. They know there is some activity at this temple that is supposed to have no activity. It is our Madjay Temple now. Where we train and fight and store. Nobody really knows anything about this place. I like it that way."
Bomani looks around the temple and smiles.
"You are the King of Thieves? I am the King of the Dungeon. The desert took this temple back. Then I tried to take it back from the desert. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had to fight to keep this place alive. If it will be destroyed, it will be destroyed by me. By my hand. Not by the sand or the water or the gods. And not by you. By me."

Amen closes his eyes.
"Am I boring you?" Bomani asks.
"Yes. And no. But yes."
"Saving your strength?"
"Sure."
"For what?"
Amen's eyes open.
"For my dramatic escape and your death."
Bomani smiles. "What a tale that would be. A little too fantastic. I wish I could show you the dungeon, friend. You think this is bad? You should see what is down there."
Bomani frowns.
"I think I need to agitate the beast."
"I will escape," Amen warns.
"Not very realistic, my friend."
"None of my escapes are. That is what makes them fun."
"Fun? Fun is nobody knowing where you are, thief. That map is mine. You are mine. I will go back to that spot and see if were bluffing."
Bomani turns and walks quickly towards Amen, angrily.
"You. You damn thief. I was a fan of yours. I was. You disappeared. On top. Rumors spread. Instead of a thief, you became a savior.Freeing people who didn’t belong to you. Giving life to those who were already deemed to not have one. You’ve turned your back on your country. I know what you’ve been up to.I know the places you’ve been. The people you have talked to. The uprisings you have caused. The people you saved and have freed. Then you appeared again to save your cousin."
Amen chuckles, thinking if Bomani only knew about the powers he has on top of all of that...that seemingly are gone now.
Bomani grabs Amen.
"Listen thief. I have a proposition."
