The world of Amarian hosts many walks of life. From the human-like Tarfolk, to elves, orcs, dwarves, and many more, but not one of these subcategories of life are destined to never interact with fate. Fate has never been a friend to Zuriel Ramara Vitally. After he lost the majority of his family in the Great Siege of Callahan, Zuriel was forced to allow life and fate to plan the course of his life. Eventually, he found himself in the towering walls of Tor Zumna, an elven nation that boasts opportunity for a mere Tarfolk like Zuriel. Here, Zuriel will meet new family, old friends, and potential love. Fate is not a game of chance, it is a game of rules. How will Zuriel interpret these rules? Will Zuriel accept the dagger plunging towards him, or will he grasp the dagger and use it as his own? Only time, and our fickle friend ‘fate’, will tell.
