The alien and futuristic looking city was bustling, countless moving to their destination. While the streets were crowded with different types of aliens, the sky was no different. Civilian and commercial ships, along with flying cars, zoomed through the air. It was both chaotic yet orderly as they followed the strict paths id out for them.
Despite the looming dangers on the horizon threatening to consume them all, the citizens went about their day as usual. Just because giant mutated insects and infected monsters were killing them didn’t mean they could skip work for a day or two. Have to crunch those numbers and keep profits up. Or what use is their existence?
“No my gleena, everything’s fine around here. You and the kids stay on Nehron until the Alliance cleans this whole mess up. Really, it’s not as bad as they’re saying on the Holo-Net. Trust me.” A Xalo’ir, a 3ft ball of pink fur, walked down the busy sidewalk with a suit on. It was tough for him to move through the crowds, especially since his kind had a low status. Those nearby shoved him aside with cold indifference, even disdain in their eyes.
On his wrist and currently fshing was an Echo-Device, newest model on the market, where he spoke with his mate. Something he worked hard for by sving away at a company. He chuckled and shook his head at her question.
“Why did I go offline for so long? I’m telling you, my Echo-Device broke and I needed a new one is all. Then that one wasn’t calibrated properly and I had to take the thing back. I swear, they get worst and worst with each generation-“ Someone bumped into him rudely, causing the Xalo’ir to flinch and nearly trip.
He angrily looked at the opposing party, a random five foot Pran’hu.
“Ya got eyes you ugly scofarti?! Watch where you’re walking!” But something was off with this one, he could spot it right off. The way the Pran’hu just turned to him, canine eyes wide and unblinking without emotion. Staring right through him, like he weren’t a person. Just a stick of meat to consume.
Then, he simply walked off numbly. If he had to be honest, the Xalo’ir was freaked out. Usually Pran’hu were always the ‘up in your face’ types. Quick to anger with growls and barks. Yet this one… was different. Way too different. But he put it out of his mind and contacted his worried wife.
“Huh? I’m fine. Just some random Pran’hu not looking where he’s going. Probably drugged up out of his mind on Cloudy Dreams.” His mate chatted on in his mind, her words echoing loudly with concern.
Nagging. Always nagging. Frustrating, and annoying. This-
“Yeah yeah, I’ll be careful about those type. Listen, how about I visit after my business here is done? We can-“ His head twitched unnaturally, a crack from a few bones resounding out as he continued normally. Like nothing happened
“-get some of that good wine you like. Turn off the lights and mate like we used to.” Smiling, he reached into his pocket and grabbed a small ball. Smooth and circur, filled with a transcendent force. One they all needed in their lives.
“How about we make a reservation to one of the core worlds? They always got the best things, real jaw dropping stuff. Especially their new virtual reality games, can’t even tell the difference anymore. Money? Oh don’t worry about it, this’ll be a quick trip. Just me, you, and the kids. Come on, it’ll be fun. A real… transforming experience.”

I stood there, face with little emotion as I gazed down at the kneeling infected Lorkin before me. Though my virus was present inside her, I could sense the remnants of the previous one. Imperfect and fwed. Nothing more than echoes of a forgotten time.
This woman came out of nowhere in some junker. Looked as though the thing was made out of scrap and duct tape, barely able to hold itself together. My Killer Drones were about to take her out when I stopped them out of curiosity. She was a Unique Infected and therefore, not fully under my control. The same as Asura and a few others. Although technically they served me, they have a mind of their own.
Made them dangerous, needing a special ingredient added to their brains. Nothing too bad, just something to keep them in line.
“So, who are you?” She lifted her head a bit, an intelligent light in her many eyes.
“Ker’aii.” Oh, now that’s a familiar name.
Due to consuming the life of many aliens and taking their memories, I knew of this woman. The previous genius inventor who pretty much caused the previous virus to fail because of her groundbreaking inventions. It was she who first designed the weapons for the Extermination Fleets, like the Purple Miasma. And she was the creator of the Pnetary Shield; designed to keep the virus locked in a pnet. This in turn limited it from infecting nearby worlds and systems.
These are only a few of her accomplishments, with countless others on the horizon. Basically, if it weren’t for her, the st virus would’ve won the war against the Alliance and spread to other gaxies. Unfortunately, she soon became infected and decided to end her own life. Obviously that’s not the case since she’s right in front of me.
Hm, should probably kill her due to her crimes against the infected and virus. Maybe even take her intelligence for my own, boosting my genius further! To new heights! But I’m a bit hesitant. Sometimes two mind can be better than one. Occasionally I get narrow minded and focus solely on one path. However, having a second brain like hers around could be beneficial in exploring new avenues I didn't consider before. Besides it’s not like I can’t take it by force ter on.
“That so? Based on my memories, you should be dead.” She nodded, a grim expression forming on her face.
“Indeed. I wanted to kill myself before the virus fully corrupted me. To end my life on my terms. But my fellow peers took this chance to lock me away and conduct all sorts of cruel experiments. Simply because I was different than other infected.” Got that right. Her status as a Unique Infected who can think for themselves would make her invaluable. If the Alliance pyed their cards right, she would've been on their side. Which would've fucked me hard, and not in the pleasant way.
“How did you escape and find me here?”
“The facility they held me in was undergoing a purge from the higher ups. Likely due to the virus evolving, ruffling their feathers. I took the chance and quietly slipped out before they noticed. As for how I found you, I simply followed my instincts.” Her second answer didn’t surprise me since I’d predicted it. Just wanted to confirm.
“Tell me about these experiments. As much as you can.” She paused for a moment before following my orders.
Honestly, she truly got fucked up. Torn apart for years and put back together again through her regeneration. Unable to die. Unable to escape the pain. Forced to lie there and simply take it from those she trusted. The very fact she didn’t go insane is a testament to her high willpower. I’d feel bad for her, but I don’t. Those kinds of emotions slowly drained out of me over the course of several months. Now I only cared for my women and children. The rest were food. All of them. Only reason I didn’t consume them all now is because it’d be detrimental more than beneficial.
My power alone wouldn't be sufficient enough to kill off the other gaxies. But... when the Milky Way is mine? I will consume every single pnet and grow my power to heights unheard of. One punch will eventually be able to shatter a world into pieces. Who could stop me or my advance then? From then on my strength would snowball as I consume more Gaxies.
Anyway, one of the things she spoke on was this miracle medicine the Alliance created. Something called Life Rejuvenation, and the interior version Lesser Spring. These two increased ones life span, removed all disease, and healed most wounds. A true miracle invented by the Alliance’s top minds! However, the truth was far darker.
In actuality, the Life Rejuvenation and Lesser Spring were diluted forms of Ker’aii’s blood. Of course the top brass of these companies would never divulge the true secret. And since it didn’t make anyone infected or even have a trace of the virus, it’s all good in the hood. But how true is that? I definitely need to get a sample of this shit, or at least someone who’s taken it. Easier said than done though. Any rich enough to buy the medicine is definitely not going to be hanging around in these Outer Worlds. I should contact Godfrey ter on since he's technically the closest to the Core Worlds.
That’s for ter though. After she expined everything in detail, I thought about what to do with her. Genius inventor huh? Shouldn't let you go to waste.
“Head to the bs and wait for me there. I have a few projects I could use your assistance on.” With a mental order, the joyful Trixie bounced in and led her away.
Not even ten seconds after they left, a quiet Alice next to me spoke up.
“Did you see that?” I raised an eyebrow.
“See what?” She looked at me with fascinated eyes.
“She had two vaginas! How unique.” So that’s where all your brain power goes to?
“And? That important?” Alice gained a contemptive face and gnced at me out of the corner of her eye.
“Could you do the same? Grow two dicks? Three? Four? Ten?” Fucking ten? Christ on a cross, this girl’s a real pervert sometimes. Acts so innocent too. Dirty!
At her question, I nodded and watched her face light up.
“Technically yes. I’ve just never had a reason to do so.” She grinned so widely it came off as scary. Like one of those horror movies. Creepy...
“Good. Let’s try that next time.” What a freaky girl. But who am I to deny her wishes? Creating a second cock inside my sheath was literal child’s py and took no effort. Feels a little cramped in there now though.
“Wait.” She had a look of enlightenment!
“Can’t I do the same?” While she gnced down at her crotch region, my eyes looked around the empty room. A sigh exited my lips seeing those missing. Lily was off pying with the children. While Athena…
Alice’s hand grabbed my own, squeezing it comfortably. She lost her naughty aura, one repced with warmth.
“She’ll be fine Jason. It takes more than that to stop her.” I nodded, but my worries did not vanish. How could they?
After our initial and first attack against one of the fleets, we left and replenished our forces. Only took a few days and we were as good as new! Ambushed the damaged fleet twice, causing a great deal of damage. First time, no real problems and we did good. Second… they fucked us up. Athena charged in recklessly as usual and it was a bait for her. They used the remaining Colossus and fired all at the same time. This attack included almost three dozen Cruisers as well.
Safe to say, she did not get out unharmed. Half of her body was torn apart, only a couple breaths left in her. I called the attack off early and sacrificed numerous infected to save her life. Thankfully I made it in time and healed her. Now she’s in her room sleeping, where her regeneration is taking care of the remaining wounds. But this made me realize how dangerous war is. At any time those I care about could be taken from me in the worst way possible. And I’d be powerless to change the situation.
Luckily it’s not as if we didn’t do a single iota of damage. That fleet is feeling the pain, especially after nearly killing Athena. Made sure the rest of their Colossus paid the price. Now only two remain and since the Pnet Crackers were all gone, they had to bombard the infested worlds from orbit. This took a lot of effort and caused them to suffer more due to the Anti Air Bio Launchers. But more importantly, it took time. Time I’m putting to use in developing the next ships. Ker’aii and some of the Scientist Cyborgs will help nicely with that.
Had a few on my mind. One simir to the Colossus and rger than Leviathans, designed to be a literal tank. Not sure what it’s name is going to be, but I can figure that out ter. I also wanted one more before our next assault which will be much smaller. Sort of like a Destroyer, medium sized vessel. The other ships will be left to the Killer Drones and Shredders since they can take care of them through numbers. Reason I wanted new ships though is because the ck of variety is getting to be a bit of a problem. Also, it’ll beef my fleet up greatly and get those numbers up.
“You’re right.” I smiled and caressed her cheek with my thumb.
“What would I do without you?” She smiled and giggled a bit.
“Crash and burn?” Chuckling, I kissed her lightly on the lips. As I lovingly looked into her eyes, someone took the opportunity to break this atmosphere.
“Daddy!” Elizabeth ran into the room, a ball of joy as she lunged into my arms. Any annoyance within me disappeared, my worries starting to fade. I love my children.
I hugged her tightly as her mother giggled. By God these three are growing. She's already half my size.
“Why are you here sweetheart? What about your aunt?” My first born stood on her tippy toes and grabbed my cheeks.
“Because I wanted to py with mommy and daddy. Can’t I?” The barest hint of a tear gathered in her reddened purple eyes. Lip quivering... pupils shaky...
I gnced at Alice, who held back some ughter at our daughter trying to manipute me. Where the fuck did she learn this? Well, it’s not like she has the best role models.
“Obviously you can. But daddy has something important to do, so I can’t stay long.” Looks like work will have to wait for a little while.
At my destructive words, Elizabeth pouted adorably and seemed a bit hurt. But I knew she was faking. Little schemer.
“Okay daddy, I understand. Now come on! Let's go have some fun!” She grinned cutely and took both of our hands, dragging us away. Ker’aii, developing the infected, winning the war. All of that could wait. This moment is way too precious to give up. Who knows when I can get it again since I'll be very busy soon.

While Jason and Admiral Yaka tried keeping the three strong fleets busy, his generals were pushing as far as they could into Alliance space. They stayed at a pnet for barely a week at a time, doing as much damage as possible before moving on and leaving the virus and Infestation to finish the job. Worlds in the dozens fell at their hands, causing more and more panic. The Alliance Navy scrambled to stop them, but most of their fleets were bogged down by the unending Varnid Swarms. So they could only send the bare minimum, which wasn’t enough to stop them.
They pushed deeper and deeper, carving out a bloody path in their wake and nearing the Core Worlds. Though they did face setbacks at times against a heavily defended world, their power seemed invincible.
On one such world, dozens upon dozens of Leviathans and over a billion Killer Drones assaulted an Alliance fleet and Defense Ptforms defending a pnet. The battle was intense as countless attacks flew everywhere. Despite giving it all they got, the defending fleet suffered badly due to the overwhelming numbers; allowing a few Leviathans to charge through the blockade. Pnetary Invasions had begun, the virus spreading out in droves to infect every living being in sight. This included even the pnts themselves. Unknown to the infected however, a simir fight took pce on the other side of the pnet.
Inside of a rge city already on high alert, a Lorkin commander gred into the sky. Moving through the clouds and nearing their position was an absolutely massive creature. Something they now know is called a Leviathan. Horrid beasts filled with countless infected in the tens of millions. He narrowed his eyes as it came closer and spoke into his Echo-Device.
“Raise the city shields and prepare for battle.” As soon as he said that, a transparent and blue barrier appeared across the entire city, protecting it from damage.
Once finished, numerous objects fell from the Leviathan; aimed at the city. On closer look, they seemed to be some type of fleshy being. The commander was no fool and could guess what their purpose was.
“Drop Pods incoming! Take them out of the sky!” At his command, multiple rge guns and cannons aimed up; releasing a torrent of ser bolts. It passed straight through the shield harmlessly.
The sky was filled with countless beautiful lights and explosions, yet not a single person in the city appreciated them. Citizens could barely control their fear, knowing they might very well die here. Yet a few unnoticeable ones grinned with happiness and reverence. Finally, their salvation had arrived! All they had to do was drop the shield and allow their saviors to come in!
Anti air guns tried their best, but were unable to knock out all the Drop Pods. Not to mention the Killer Drones entering the battle and taking their attention. The very first few smmed into the shield and exploded on contact, sending blood and guts flying all over the pce. The city’s barrier shimmered lightly and held firm, making the defenders sigh in relief.
But a majority of the Drop Pods didn’t go for the shield and nded outside of the city. Infected in the tens of thousands climbed out of their craters and rushed for the barrier, no regard for their own safety. Their terrifying roars could be heard by all, sending a chill down each alien’s spines.
Suddenly, they looked up and saw rge figures fall from the Leviathan and barrel towards the ground. These were no Drop Pods, but actual building sized monsters. They smmed into the ground, causing it to crack greatly and kick up a mini dust storm. Once it cleared, it showed towering infected tens of meters tall. Actual Behemoths.
“Open fire!” The commander ordered, and the soldiers followed. Their psma rifles and artillery unloaded all at once, smming into the approaching infected horde.
While the common and weak special infected were torn asunder, the stronger ones simply shrugged the damage off from their psma rifles. Especially the tall Behemoths and Marauders. Nothing but their most powerful weapons and artillery could injure these unstoppable creatures of war. The first ones smmed into the shield like a battering ram, causing the closest soldiers to back off with fear. The infected crashed into the barrier without hesitation, the common ones even losing their lives. Yet no fear could be found inside them. Only a ravenous hunger which pushed them forwards again and again.
The barrier, although taking damage and cracking, still held. This invigorated the soldiers! Keep firing-!
And then it powered down out of nowhere. A massive explosion took pce in the inner city where the shield generator was located, shaking them to their core. Billowing smoke rose to the sky as the commander turned to look in shock.
“What the fuck happened?!” A nearby soldier ran over with sweat pouring down his body.
“Sir a group of traitors have attacked the shield generators! They’re ciming that the infected are here to save us!”
While this information was horrible, the commander couldn’t be bothered to deal with it as of the moment. Now that the shield was gone, the ever growing number of infected rushed into the city. Already he could hear the cries of his men dying, torn apart by the hungry infected. Meanwhile, Drop Pods began nding in the inner sections of the city. Soon they'd attack them from behind. The aerial Killer Drones also took this chance to bombard them from the air. Their own fighters went out to meet them, but the number gap was too rge.
He hurriedly spoke into his Echo-Device, where a hologram showing an older Lorkin appeared.
“Admiral! We’re getting torn apart down here! We need air support!” The older Lorkin was about to speak when he nearly fell and yelled orders at his crew to return fire.
“Commander, I am conducting a full pnetary defense and have my hands full trying to stop more infected and insects from flooding that world. I cannot spare even a single Corvette to aid you. You’re on your own until I can clean up the mess here. If I can do even that.” The communication cut on his end, causing the commander to almost scream in pure rage.
But he didn’t and tried to keep his cool, ordering his soldiers to fight back as best they could. However, even a fool could see this was a losing fight. More and more Drop Pods fell from the sky, swelling the infected numbers to hundreds of thousands. Soon it would reach the millions, and drown them all in blood and fear. Not to mention those same Drop Pods were nding inside the interior of the city.
As if things couldn’t get worse, another creature left the Leviathan and smmed into the ground. Much rge than the other Behemoths and standing in at over 180 meters tall. There was an intelligence to him which could be seen from the very start. Especially the way his eyes gnced over the battlefield.
“Consume as many as you can, and turn the rest.” Godfrey’s voice boomed loudly, causing many bones to shake uncontrolbly.
As if sent into a frenzy, the infected grew faster and stronger. The defenders fell faster and faster until-!
They stopped. From his position, the commander could see the infected outside the city standing in pce, looking off to the right. He followed their gaze and widened his eyes, unable to believe them. An insect swarm in the millions, gring at the infected with malicious intent.
“This is our chance! Fight them off and seal the city!”
While the defenders fought to the death, the infected horde and Varnid swarm gred at one another. A deep seated hatred could be felt inside of both, visible to the naked eye. A Marauder stepped up first, huffing and puffing in murderous rage. He back handed a nearby Juggernaut, killing it instantly as he roared towards the insects. A bellowing and deafening roar, challenging the opponent. The rest of the Horde followed him, jaws unhinged and drowning out all other sounds. No fear nor terror could be found within them.
And then, the insects did the same. Millions screeched as loud as they could, matching the infected’s roar. The Marauder was furious and charged forwards at them, the rest of the Horde following. The insect swarm didn’t back off and did the exact same, wanting to swallow the infected whole and consume their Bio Mass.
The two equal armies smmed into one another with extreme force, tearing into one another. Common infected jumped onto the rge insects, taking chunks of flesh out of their body. Special ones on the other hand used a variety of weapons to kill off their opponents. Yet the insects fought back with an equal amount of lethality. Dozens would gang up on a Behemoth or Marauder, using their numbers to overwhelm them. While more unique ones spit out lethal acid from their mouths. It was a brutal scene, where blood overflowed like a tsunami. Countless bodies were torn apart, both infected and insectoid sending guts everywhere.
Meanwhile, Godfrey looked on with a frown. He knew the Varnids were attacking this pnet as well, but didn’t know how fierce they truly were. His infected horde was getting ripped apart by them. However, it was the same for them. Likely, they’d kill each other off without his help.
The true problem though, was the virus. It tried seeping into their bodies, to infect the insects and turn them. Yet, it couldn’t. Their bodies rejected the virus in a way he’s never seen before. They couldn’t be infected or turned, and therefore, needed to be exterminated.
He still didn’t move from his position though. Since the beginning when the Varnids arrived, he felt a sensation. One he had only felt from those worthy, and that time he fought Craxis to see who was superior. Death. An overwhelming amount. His instincts screamed at him, warning him of the approaching danger. Godfrey lowered himself slightly and prepared for combat.
