Raviel has lived a thousand lives—a thousand souls born and reborn in endless cycles, untouched by time and impervious to the dangers that plague ordinary mortals. But behind his serene demeanor lies a truth that haunts him: he is bound by an ancient curse, a fate he cannot escape. Protected by the butterfly spirit, the god of life, Raviel has wandered through existence, shielded from the grasp of death itself, as though life itself has refused to release him. Yet, as the weight of endless lifetimes wears on him, Raviel yearns for the one thing he cannot obtain—an end.
