Chapter 40: Checking Out The Supposed Results.
Celia: “Ruina… was what Midas told me… did that really happen?” She asked with an unsure tone.
Waking up, Celia was on her comfy bed, feeling warm and cozy. She went out to gain experience, and get used to fighting monsters… but now she didn’t recall any combat from that quest.
Ruina: “Hm? Yeah, a high Level Goblin Champion sneakily threw a boulder at you. Midas blocked it, but a chunk flew out and hit your head.” She answered truthfully.
After all, Faith implanted the correct memories into Ruina, already knowing what silly reasoning that Midas used to trick Celia.
Celia: “Oh…” She said with a groan, rolling up in her blanket.
Ruina: “Worry not, as there are many more quests that you can go on in the future. Besides, you’ve proven that you’re good enough at fighting, so the restrictions will lessen.” She added, coaxing her own mother.
Celia: “…”
Ruina: “Celia, check your Status out! I haven’t even seen it yet, so I am also excited…” She said, diverting the conversation, as Celia was still sulking.
If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.
Celia: “Fine… Status.” She agreed with a sulky tone.

Slowly, they looked over Celia’s Status. Thankfully, since she was in a group with the others (you can set up groups via the System, something that I haven’t mentioned until now), Celia still got a heaping helping of the Exp from killing that Goblin nest.
With Celia gaining over 100 Levels from that quest, she was now certain that she truly did fight during it. Either way, the girl was still upset that she lost her memories of fighting, leaving her feeling like a cheater who didn’t earn her Levels.
Knock!
Ria: “Lady Celia, ah, you’ve woken up. Breakfast is ready.” She said after coming into the room.
Celia: “Okay, thank you. As per usual, I’ll eat here in my room.” She replied with a lazy nod, stifling a yawn.
Still in her nightgown, Celia struggled to get up out of bed, and groggily walked over to a mirror, which had a chair in front of it. Then, Ria walked over, used Cleaning Magic on her, and started the morning routine.
Ria: “King Mein, your new father, wishes to meet you, Lady Celia. As such, you need to eat breakfast in the family dining room.” She informed, helping Celia get dressed and prepared for the day.
Celia: “Oh, alright. Carma is nice, so I am sure that her father is good, too.” She replied, trying not to fall back asleep.
Regardless of how often Celia slept, the girl could honestly never get enough. In fact, this will persist throughout her entire life. Of course, right now, with Celia merely being 14 years old, no one suspects that she has a problem. One which only truly gets worse in the future…
