  Chapter 26: Getting Ready... Again.

Donning an attire from out of her storage ring (Ria helped dress her,) Celia had planned on going to the Adventurer’s Guild today.

She needed to update her Rank, and check to see if they had any quests that Celia could do. Even with her Level, the young girl wasn’t foolish enough to take on an S Rank quest.

Ria: “My Lady, Princess Carma is busy with other matters, and cannot escort you today.” She informed calmly, already regaining her proper maid’s demeanor a while back.

Celia: “That’s fine. Unless there are easy quests to do, I won’t go out to take on one right now.” She replied with a nod.

Celia mentioned that she would live with Carma, but that was actually two weeks ago. To ensure Celia’s safety, the princess first required her to engage in practice fights. The result? Celia, assuming Carma kept her strength at Celia’s maximum, the dainty 14-year-old girl could hold her own. Despite Carma getting to Level 260 after killing Herm, that is…

Celia: “Ria… Midas was backing me, but won’t the those in the Guild not approve of my words, with me going to exclaim that I am such a high Level?” She worriedly asked.

  Stick!

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

Ria: “There! Now, regardless of their thoughts, with this pin, an emblem, which depicts you as a royal princess of Reri, they must keep their sour words to themselves.” She joyfully explained in reply.

The maid had pinned an emblem on to Celia’s left (somewhat already supple, despite her age) breast of her dress, marking her as someone not to ever be messed with. This wasn’t something that even a skilled forger could create, as it was imbued with magic, while also being extremely detailed.

Celia: “Hmm… how useful.” She lightly praised, admiring the skilled craftman/womanship of the emblem.

Ria: “Yes, My Lady. With it, you should have no fear. Oh, and, do not worry about bringing any Coins with you.” She added.

Celia: “How come?” She replied with a raised eyebrow.

Ria: “Since you’re a princess, and have that emblem on your person, of course, whatever you wish to buy will just get charged to the royal treasury.” She cheerfully answered.

At this, Celia was deeply excited. In fact, Ria was as well, but for completely different reasons. Celia now planned on, after visiting the Guild, to buy new weapons. While, on the other hand, Ria assumed that Celia would go buy some new outfits.

Of course, Celia would do that… if she knew how to enchant clothing. Even with her Level, or rather, because of Celia being Level 92, the enchantments on Midas’s gifted clothes was… even more powerful than before.

Carma tested this, and was surprised. Limiting her attack to just Level 200, and aiming at her shoulder, Celia was left with 2,500 HP, easily tanking Carma’s strength. She then even quickly healed within seconds, not giving Carma a chance to act like a loving sister.

Celia: “What exactly is Carma busy with?” She curiously asked, as the two left the room, on their way out of the castle.

Ria: “An envoy from Felta arrived earlier. You see…” The maid’s words stopped there, as…
